Thanks
for the new contest on Feathered Friends Community and the theme of this week is NESTING. Mostly I avoid taking these kind of photographs but I take these from a distance and not disturb any birds and environment. First two pictures are of Black Drongo in nest as this was very hot day and birds' loud call got my attention. As this nest was on top of tree and tree was bare so it was easy to locate. My 2nd picture of bird in nest is off-course Baya Weaver is one of the most famous architect bird. Every photographer's dream to capture baya nest and mostly they build their nests on some water path ways so naturally protected from predators.
Last two pictures of Paradise flycatcher were taken on two different places. These birds are very common now and breed successfully in Pakistan. They mostly build nest on lower branches of trees. My first picture of Paradise flycatcher was taken in Margalla Hills, Islamabad and on same tree and place where drongo built its nest. I took these both birds picture on same day on same tree so they are neighbors. The 2nd picture I took in Kallar Kahar, Punjab area. They build their nests on Loquat tree.
