In previous posts, I’ve mentioned that many birds, particularly pigeons, are often drawn to the building where I currently live, likely due to the presence of some vacant lots nearby that are overgrown with vegetation, as well as a park just a short distance away.

It’s common to see pigeons in different areas of the building, but also hawks that often fly over the parking lot and rest on the tops of the light poles.

A couple of weeks ago, I managed to spot these pigeons on a beam outside my apartment and was able to photograph them—something I haven’t been able to do with the hawks, which tend to prefer open spaces.

As I have described in previous posts, I usually make use of the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed, in order to improve or highlight some element of my images, without modifying their essence.

En participaciones anteriores, he comentado que muchas aves, particularmente las palomas, suelen sentirse atraídas por el edificio donde resido actualmente, probablemente por la presencia de algunos terrenos baldíos en las cercanías los cuales se encuentran cubiertos de vegetación, además de un parque a escasa distancia.

Es común ver en diferentes áreas del edificio palomas, pero también gavilanes que suelen sobrevolar el estacionamiento y descansar en la parte mas alta de los postes de iluminación.

Hace un par de semanas atrás, logré captar estas palomas en una viga en las afueras de mi apartamento, pudiendo fotografiarlas, algo que no he podido lograr con los gavilanes que suelen preferir los espacios abiertos.

Como he descrito en posts anteriores, acostumbro hacer uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed, con el objetivo de mejorar o destacar algún elemento de mis imágenes, sin modificar su esencia.
