The Yellow-rumped Shama, commonly known as Oriolus chinensis, is a bird with strikingly beautiful plumage, particularly its bright yellow body. This bird is native to Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The Yellow-rumped Shama is known for its melodious and loud chirp.
The physical characteristics of this bird include the following:
Bright yellow feathers, with hints of black on the head, wings, and tail.
Black beak, Hive friends.
Can reach a length of 25 cm, Hive friends.
This bird is often found in tropical forests and urban areas with large trees. The yellow-rumped shama's primary diet consists of fruit, nectar, and insects and small animals, friends of the Hive.
