Community Celebration: Feathered Friends

Hive Challenge: Community Celebration is initiated by Hive account@guiltyparties. I am pleased to participate in this challenge, writing about the community very dear to my heart.

I remember how Hive account@melinda010100 created the Feathered Friends community and when she invited me to be one of the mods, I accepted without hesitation. Birding and birdwatching become my passion and what better to share my passion in a community specially dedicated to birds! Feathered Friends Community is growing day by day and now we have 2362 members and counting.

Here we can show our best and not so best photos, tell stories and take part in contests, have fun and learn something new.

Our dear friend and most talented artist Hive account@barbara-orenya brings extra value with her artistic approach and her posts are extremely delightful.

Feathered friends together with other nature oriented communities shares the DNA Discord. There you can find The IDENTIFIED AND DESCRIBED BIRDS channel. The idea behind is to search among the posts in the Feathered Friends community for educational, informative, original articles with quality photos, describing bird species. These posts are classified by order and it is easy to find the information in the channel. This task was assigned to me and I am glad that the library is growing, thanks to the members of the community who create quality content.
