The image shows a sea bird known as (America) Whimbrel, however it was captured in a area of mote than a kilometer away of the sea (in the north of Chile). And it was feeding in a garden.
The photo was taken with the camera of a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and post-processed in GIMP
