It's good that I walked along the river bank very slowly. I saw a young marsh hen on the shore. That's great rarity. These marsh hens very rarely come ashore.
They are very shy. Therefore, at the slightest extraneous noise, they immediately hide in the thickets of reeds. Here in this photo you can see how the chicken looks very fearfully in my direction after hearing the click of the camera shutter.
It's good that I didn't move. But she immediately moved towards the river. Probably decided to hide just in case.
She feels safe in the water. There are many reed thickets around, so she hurries to hide from danger.
So she went down to the water and headed for the thickets. Although I stood still and did not move, she was bothered by the clicks of the shutter of my camera.
This is the only first photo when the chicken did not see me and calmly walked along the shore in search of food.
I was very lucky to see this marsh hen come ashore looking for food.
