Just something nice that is a bit different on a sunny Sunday.
It started like this, as you can see the sparrow landing at the right to inspect the bathroom. The caretaker was sitting on the left hand side.
This is a story about hygiene and a male sparrow's love for his partner. He knew that she wanted to bath in the heat as it was a hot day and she doesn't like to sweat. So he went about to see if he could find a safe place for her to splash herself with some cool water.
Her deodorant mixes with the sweat and not only does it make her eyeliner make up run, it also smells awful :)
For safety sake they moved closer to the caretaker and you can see him keeping an eye on them.
Don't jump in as it is too deep, the caretaker warned.
The caretaker also warned the sparrow to move closer to his wife, in case she slips.
Then the sparrows fled as some hooligans arrived.
But they didn't see the caretaker at the other side and he chased them away.
And then it was the end of my story. I love to see things in nature from a human perspective and it is fun to build stories around some of the sights that I encounter with my camera. You might view the photos and make your own story about the conversations here, and I know a guy here on hive that is very good at making up stories.
He runs a contest in the #featheredfriends community for stories like this and his name is
So go and look at his contest and make up your own humorous stories about the pictures that he shows.
I hope that you have enjoyed my story and pictures today.
And That's All Friends.
