Oh yes, from the big to the small, everyone can fight to protect what is theirs.
In this case I will show you how doves handle their disputes. The attacker usually arrives unannounced with the surprise factor on his behalf.
Taking up an unobtrusive position the attacker sits waiting for the right opportunity to catch his enemy in a weak position.
Nature has also taught mankind the value of attacking an enemy in an unguarded moment.
So let the fight start.
Here below you can see how the dove launched his attack.
And here we go, the fight is on!
Now these guys have no teeth, so they cannot bite and neither can they arm wrestle or kick like the ostriches.
I think that they use their flying skills in an effort to dominate and the one that ends at the top is the winner.
At times one can see feathers fly, but not here and of course the lady that was the cause of the fight was nowhere to be seen.
Maybe she was at home still doing her make up and things:)
Finally the fight was back where it started and the attacker almost landed next to his adversary.
But he thought better of it and kept on going away.
Here was the winner on his way to go and fetch his girlfriend.
As they say, the day ended in moonlight and roses.
Very similar to how unexpected problems arrive in our lives isn't it?
We awake one nice morning to have a wonderful day and then all of a sudden some unexpected problem arrives to turn our day upside down.
Panic is normally our first instinct and some of us greet the new scare with oaths, others take a moment out to sit and think and yet others cry.
I for some reason have the habit of laughing as it has always helped me to cope. When I was a child at school and I was called up to the front of the class to get a hiding I would laugh, which was not good for me as it normally made the teacher angry. Now you don't want an angry teacher taking his anger out with a cane rod on your backside Lol.
But such is life and eventually they learned that laughing was my coping mechanism.
