An energetic new workforce to clean our streets.
Look how neatly the municipal van parked outside the shopping center. It transported the new workforce.
Times are tough here with all of the lockdowns and such and everyone wants to save some pennies. For a rainy day you know and it is raining here today. So the government decided to employ un-employed workers to clean the streets for free.
I think that this was a wonderful idea and a sure win-win situation in that the government save salaries and the un-employed are employed.
If you aren't smiling by now hold on and I will try a bit harder.
So now I will show you how efficient the new streetcleaners are.
First, they smell the waste, in case it's poisonous you know.
Then they take a tentative taste of the waste following the prescribed rules for waste disposal.
Then according to the rules they call a fellow worker to verify their findings, that it is not poop.
The friend hurried over as the supervisor was watching.
So after the verification they started to dispose of the waste.
And finally, the supervisor popped over to inspect their work.
My goodness, I was so glad to see how efficient this new workforce was.
I was sitting in the car waiting for Marian as she went inside the shops to buy some essentials. Now when a man sits waiting alone in a car, they are either watching women walk by, or they have created some other habits to while away the time.
My habit is to keep an eye out for unusual stuff and of course my camera is always ready.
I hope that I brought you a smile here today.
And That's All Friends!
