An "Egret" standing at the front, two "Grey-headed Seagulls in the middle and a "Tern" in flight at the back!
Springtime is warming up fast now and during our enforced "loadshedding"(power cuts), we popped down to the ocean.
South Africa has to endure two to three power cut offs of two and a half hours every day, ample time to do something else!
Come and have a look at some bird action today!
A happy combination of fish hunting birds here above!
The Egret now knows me and my camera and she started one of her water ballet shows!
I think they call this move above the "tippy toe swirl" 🤣
This has to be the dainty knee reverse ballet prance!
And now for some sun backed shots. First up is this "Pied King Fisher in a hover!

And so here is a Spring season farewell to all of you from Cape Town in South Africa.
Oh yes, we are so happy that winter's grip has at last been broken by the onset of the spring season. It is like walking out of a dark and wet room into a glass enclosed room filled with bright light.
Yes, we are fortunate to have a few more rainy days ahead, but the cold and the snow are gone, all sent to the north lol.
Happy days of adventure are here again.
Oh, I got my first full color Malachite sunbird also today.
Will show you this king of the sunbirds soon.
