Some late afternoon shots of life yesterday.
Harry was waiting for Sally, as it was almost time to go home.
At first I will start with Harry and Sally, our local Egyptian goose family. Then I will show you some strange friends.
I also have a guy trying his luck and finally some great clouds. My worry is that my stories will make no sense to all of those that don't read the posts.
But so be it.
Sally arrived and there was the usual noisy greeting.
And then they left for home somewhere in the wild.
I had a choice of catching Harry or Sally leaving, so I selected Sally.
Now for the strange friendships.
Ever seen a Robin and a young squirrel as friends?
In the photo above they looked to the left and then they turned to look at the right.
A dove, a weaver and a sparrow shared the evening meal.
This guy at the right was hoping for a quicky with the lady at the left. Following her with some pick up songs.
But no luck, as she decided to run away and he didn't look very impressed. Maybe he must learn some more romantic songs.
I saw the big head and arm of of a guy smoking here.
Late afternoon clouds at sunset are always beautiful and clear.
I really think that we should encourage reading here on hive. Short comments are easy to read with quick replies, but so much get's lost when one does not read paragraphs and longer writings. People scan, pick one sentence that looks familiar and then copy and paste, to answer with some inane comment that has nothing to do with the context. That's why I combine visuals with short descriptions as it seems to work for me.
This is not to degenerate the real readers, as I think that they know what I am talking about.
And That's All Friends!
