Esta gallina fue criada en mi casa al igual que otras dos y no supimos el final de esas dos porque no volvieron más,bueno esta siempre llegaba a comer y se iba,hace poco la oí cantar cerca de una pila de hojas secas ,ya que ellas buscan hacer nidos en lo oculto que no se sepa porque pueden quitar los huevos y no reproducirse.
Yo estuve buscando a ver de dónde salía cantando y no di con el nido,hacían unos cuatro días no la sentí cantar más,pero yo.pense que estaba echada empollando porque ya tenía ciertos huevos por las veces que la oí cantar,bueno mi sorpresa fué que ayer oigo un piar de pollitos chiquitos y cuando voy al fondo veo la gallina con tres pollitos,para mí fue lo que saco porque debió haber.puesto más huevos.
Cuando la Vi le eché un.pico de arroz con intención que los pollitos comiera,luego se fue entre el monte con sus hijitos,al fondo de mi casa queda el comienzo de una pequeña montaña,bueno cuando salgo en la tarde veo la gallina pero quería ver los pollitos a ver si estaban muy pequeños y sí.
Me acerco a ella para capturar con el teléfono los pollitos y quiso como picarme😂,entonces le Tomé varias fotos siguiendo el camino que ya se iba al cerro a escarbar para dar de comer,ahí va a encontrar muchas basuritas y gusanitos que darle ya que en esas hojas secas se acumula ese tipo de alimento que gusta tanto a estas aves.
En verdad los pollitos y las hojas secas se confunden porque son casi del mismo color ambos y por eso no están muy visibles en las fotografías,espero los pueda criar un tiempo hasta que ellos se defiendan y que no corran con mala suerte que se les mueran porque los abandonan a veces sin ellos saber defenderse en la vida.

This hen was raised in my house, along with two others, and we didn't know the fate of those two because they never returned. Well, this one always came to eat and left. Recently, I heard her singing near a pile of dry leaves, since they seek to make nests in hidden places where no one knows why, because they can take the eggs and not reproduce.
I was looking to see where she was singing and couldn't find the nest. I hadn't heard her sing again for about four days, but I thought she was lying down brooding because she already had some eggs from the times I heard her sing. Well, my surprise was that yesterday I heard little chicks chirping, and when I went to the back, I saw the hen with three chicks. I think that's what I got because she must have laid more eggs.
When I saw her I threw her a bit of rice with the intention that the chicks would eat, then she went into the woods with her little ones, at the back of my house there is the beginning of a small mountain, well when I go out in the afternoon I see the hen but I wanted to see the chicks to see if they were very small and yes.
I approached her to capture the chicks with my phone, and she tried to sting me. 😂 So I took several photos, following the path that led to the hill to dig for food. There she'd find lots of garbage and worms to feed her, since those dry leaves accumulate the type of food these birds love so much.
The chicks and the dry leaves are actually confusing because they're almost the same color, which is why they're not very visible in the photographs. I hope I can raise them for a while until they can defend themselves and that they don't suffer the bad luck of dying because they are sometimes abandoned without knowing how to defend themselves.
