Birds In The Grass
A gathering of geese on the brown grass after the winter.
A lone goose heads for the water.
I saw a couple Canada Geese in the grass by the side of the road. By the time I got the car parked and my cell phone out they had wandered down to the water. They look like two specks from my distance without being photographed by my camera with a lense.
Although the deciduous trees aren’t full of foliage or the grass turned green yet, I thought the bay the geese frequent looked nice with the reflections in the water.
I took these photos of this flock of geese during the summer. They crossed the green grass , then the road to a pond.
Stop, look and listen before crossing the road!
