Unusual for me coloring pigeon came across to me in Africa. Here in Russia we usually have a rather boring look, gray-black coloring ones.
I donβt know why they are called "laughing", but they look pretty cute (in Russian, by the way, they are called an Egyptian dove). They are common throughout Africa, the Middle East, and India.
It's better to watch the photo in high resolution.
