Good day , this might be my first post here in the #featheredFriends community since i usualy do macrophotography, but when there was a blue tit couple occupying my birdhouse i had to bring out my big lens again.
This is a selection i made out of a 106 photo's i will try to get closer today if the weather stays stable enough, but i don't want to scare them off.
Here you see the blue tit sitting at the entrance he / she makes sure it's not being followed checks every direction before it goes inside the birdhouse.
is someone watching me ?
what is that big canon behind the glass ?

all clear let's get inside
one more quick check if all is save
time to relax..
but not to long there is more work to be done

last year we had different occupants in the bird house :
This is my Sony A6000 + Sigma 150-500mm DG HSM the images are all taken on tripod with remote trigger through hr++ glass :) distance from window to bird house = +/- 10 meter
