The birds that visit most often all day long are the Sparrows. Between the pond and birdbath, all the nesting boxes, and of course the birdfeeder I have plenty of sparrows to enjoy.
Here are a few taking a bath on the ice when it started thawing. It was such a joy to see them all having so much fun in the water.
Now that the snow has melted, I put the top of the birdbath out for them with some fresh water, and it wasn't long before they were all taking turns bathing.
I have many types of birds that visit the yard daily, but these Sparrows are the most abundant. Have a wonderful birdwatching time everyone.
