#introduceyourself
I am a fun guy who is also a talented photographer, wildlife consultant, and active conservationist in the forests of Sumatra. I am also the founder of LetsBirding Sumatra, Birding Tour For Conservation. Where part of the profit will be donated to bird conservation activities in Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia. I was born in Padang on February 14, 1982, and am studying forestry at the University of Bengkulu. I became interested in birds in 2010 and became a birding guide in 2012 for Sumatran birds. I am one of the alumni of the Conservation Leadership Program (CLP) and several years with the Wildlife Conservation Society-Indonesia Program (WCS-IP), which took me to travel all over Sumatra. I spent several years in the field visiting many remote areas in search of birds and other wildlife. I have more than a passing interest in the lying animals and try to see all the megafauna of Sumatra.

I became interested in #Hiveblog after a recommendation from a friend. At first, I was just trying to get my head around the platform, but the longer I used it, the more I realized its huge potential, especially in conveying ideas and knowledge to a global audience. Hive gives writers the freedom to share their work and connect with a community of like-minded people, which is very important to me as a birdwatcher and environmental researcher. Now, I plan to take the platform more seriously, hoping to expand the reach of my writing and engage more deeply with the community of writers and nature lovers there.
