Hello to all you bird lovers out there. I'm not sure if this week's #SMaP, crows is still happening? But, I'd still like to share with you some pictures of a few birds that fit this category, just for the fun of it all.
Hive account@farm-mom and I have had a wonderful time while vacationing in #Florida for the past six weeks. We just got home this past Wednesday, and I must say I missed the place.
When we left the Sunshine State, the temperatures were in the mid-eighties and the white stuff that we walked barefoot on, along with this crow, is SAND

After being on the road for two very long days we arrived back home at about 6:00PM on the 9th.
It took several days to get back up to speed here on the farm. On the 13th we were treated to a different kind of white stuff, as snow fell and fell and fell some more.

What a difference a thousand miles can make as far as what your walking on. I know for a fact that Robin prefers the sandy beaches. 😁
But look what we would have missed!

After shoveling and snow blowing for several hours, I filled the bird feeders and look what showed up in less than 15 minutes, jays, part of the CROW family. At times a half of a dozen of them were scrambling for position.
What a great way to be greeted.
The jays are to blame for showing up so late, thus my very late entry. 😁😂 You would think that our friends hadn't eaten for a month or so.

Nothing shy about this fellow.

Okay, lets play follow the leader and get the flock out of here. I overheard the guy filling the feeders, finally, say that it was a hell of a lot warmer about a 1,000 miles from here, AS THE CROW FLIES.
