Antes que nada, como algunos quizá sepan, mañana día miércoles en la mañana tengo una cirugía por una hernia inguinal. Así que estaré off unos días, hasta que pueda levantarme de la cama. Por ende, que mejor manera de postear el día anterior a mi "descanso forzado" que trayendo un unboxing 😏.
Quiero compartir con ustedes otro gran logro completado para mí. Hace un tiempo atrás compre una tarjeta gráfica 3080 de 12 GB. La cual debo admitir, que ha sido una excelente compra hasta hoy. Pero, con el pasar de los días, me dí cuenta de que mi propia pc en todos los demás componentes, ha ido frenando el poder de la misma. Por lo que decidí continuar poco a poco con los Upgrades.
La idea detrás de todo ésto es bastante simple. Quería poder trabajar de manera más cómoda al editar mi contenido y también al navegar por la comunidad, así que hace tiempo que tenía la idea de poner dos pantallas una al lado de la otra, para de esa manera ampliar un poco el campo mis comodidades.
Claramente ésto no éra posible antes de mejorar mi tarjeta gráfica, todo ha sido parte de un plan bastante pensado. ¿De qué podía llegar a servirme una pantalla extra, si me computadora explotaba al conectarla? Ese fue mi primer planteo a la hora de comprar mi nuevo producto. Pero rápidamente surgió otra inquietud. ¿Si ahora tengo una tarjeta gráfica que realmente puede correr los juegos en muchos más FPS, porqué no comprar un monitor que me permita ver esos FPS? Y así, surgió la idea de comprar:

Vamos a hablar primero un poco del empaquetado del producto.
Cómo podrán ver. Todo vino BIEN resguardado, lleno de mucha cinta y además con las señales de advertencia de "Frágil". Algo super importante para que los muchachos en el correo, no vayan a golpear la caja y séa tratada con cuidado.
Nadie quiere que su producto le llegue con un rayón o con algo partido. Más siendo una pantalla.
La caja de presentación me gustó mucho. Es muy bonita y trae consigo las especificaciones técnicas del producto. Sus medidas y alguno que otro componente del lado gráfico.
Cuando llegó la caja, estaba muy preocupado de que llegara la pantalla sin ningún cable por fuera del transformador. Alguna que otra vez, me ha pasado que las marcas envían solamente el producto específico que uno compra. Aunque ésta vez no fué el caso. Super profesional Asus con respecto a los accesorios.
De hecho, en la foto podrán ver, que vino con un cable Display Port, un HDMI, un VGA y también con los conectores de audio. Ya que la pantalla viene con unos parlantes pequeños de fábrica.
Son sumamente débiles ahora que ya tuve el placer de probarlos. Pero no están nada mal para tirarse en la silla a ver una serie o una película.
Ahora sí, pasando a la pantalla. Vino todo súmamente cuidado y lleno de tergopol. Lo que me parece excelente para evitar que se puedan movilizar las cosas. De hecho creo que no hay mejor manera de que llegue todo en perfecto estado 🤠.
Mientras me encontraba intentando armar la pantalla. En las intrucciones noté algo muy bueno, de lo que no tenía ni idea. LA PANTALLA ES SÚMAMENTE MÓVIL! Se puede girar en 90° hacia todas las direcciones prácticamente. Se puede subir y bajar para que quede de manera más exacta a la altura que necesitemos. Sin la necesidad de tener que poner un caja debajo, como normalmente suelo hacer. Estoy MUY contento con ésto.
Es más, hasta la pantalla se puede rotar 90° para que quede como las clásicas pantallas de "Chat de Twitch". Una locura de producto. De las mejores compras que he hecho hasta el día de hoy.
Y ahora sí, así quedó mi escritorio. Con mi vieja pantalla a un costado derecho y la nueva pantalla principal al medio.
No hay palabras para describirles lo buena que es la experiencia de jugar en 165HZ a los juegos. Es simplemente fascinante. Creo que también es un viaje de ida, ya que ahora cuando paso algo a la pantalla secundaria me siento raro visualizando las cosas en menos FPS. JAJAJA, algunos me dirán que soy exagerado, pero es que de verdad es abismal la diferencia.
Si nunca has probado una pantalla de 144/165 HZ, te lo recomiendo. Ahora ya habiendo vivido la experiencia puedo dar fé de que es algo que realmente vale la pena.

I want to share with you another great achievement completed for me. Some time ago I bought a 12GB 3080 graphics card. Which I must admit, which has been an excellent purchase so far. But, with the passing of days, I realized that my own PC in all the other components, has been slowing down its power. So I decided to continue little by little with the Upgrades.
The idea behind all this is quite simple. I wanted to be able to work more comfortably when editing my content and also when browsing the community, so I had the idea for a long time to put two screens side by side, in order to expand the field of my comforts a bit.
Clearly this wasn't possible before upgrading my graphics card, it's all been part of a well thought out plan. What could an extra screen do for me, if my computer exploded when I connected it? That was my first thought when buying my new product. But another concern quickly arose. If I now have a graphics card that can actually run games at much higher FPS, why not buy a monitor that allows me to see those FPS? And so, the idea of buying arose:

Let's first talk a little about product packaging.
How can they see? Everything came WELL packed, packed with a lot of tape and also with the "Fragile" warning signs. Something super important so that the guys at the post office don't hit the box and it is treated with care.
Nobody wants their product to arrive with a scratch or something broken. More being a screen.
I really liked the presentation box. It is very beautiful and brings with it the technical specifications of the product. Its measurements and some other component of the graphic side.
When the box arrived, I was very worried that the screen would arrive without any cables outside the transformer. Occasionally, it has happened to me that brands only ship the specific product that one buys. Although this time it was not the case. Super professional Asus regarding accessories.
In fact, in the photo you can see that it came with a Display Port cable, an HDMI cable, a VGA cable and also with the audio connectors. Since the screen comes with small speakers from the factory.
They are extremely weak now that I have had the pleasure of trying them. But they are not bad at all to throw yourself in the chair to watch a series or a movie.
Now yes, moving on to the screen. Everything came very carefully and full of tergopol. Which seems excellent to me to prevent things from being moved. In fact, I think there is no better way for everything to arrive in perfect condition 🤠.
While I was trying to assemble the screen. In the instructions I noticed something very good, which I had no idea about. THE SCREEN IS EXTREMELY MOBILE! It can be rotated 90° in almost any direction. It can be raised and lowered so that it is more exactly at the height we need. Without the need to put a box underneath, as I usually do. I am VERY happy with this.
What's more, even the screen can be rotated 90° to look like the classic "Twitch Chat" screens. Crazy product. One of the best purchases I've made to date.

There are no words to describe how good the experience of playing games in 165HZ is. It is simply fascinating. I think it's also a one-way trip, since now when I move something to the secondary screen I feel weird seeing things in lower FPS. HAHAHA, some will tell me that I am exaggerating, but the difference is really abysmal.
If you have never tried a 144/165 HZ screen, I recommend it. Now having lived the experience I can attest that it is something that is really worth it.
