El juego "Ludo" es muy conocido en Venezuela. En reuniones familiares y de amigos nos reuníamos a disfrutar de este juego de mesa. Pero el tiempo pasa y muchos de estos juegos se trasladaron de la mesa a la App, y la distancia dejó de ser un limitante cuando podemos conectarnos con nuestros amigos para jugar online.
Recuerdo cuando la App Ludo Club fue un "boom" y la mayoría de personas la tenía para disfrutar de sus partidas y competencias. Así que yo también fui una de esas que lo disfruté bastante.
Cuando llegue a Colombia jugaron con mi mente. Me dijeron "vamos a jugar un juego de mesa" y cuando me sacaron un tablero de ludo, yo dije "fácil, yo sé jugar", pero cuando colocaron dos dados en la mesa ya empecé a dudar.
Resulta que en Colombia este juego se llama Parqués o Parchís, y las reglas son diferentes, o sea, el juego consiste en lo mismo, pero no es el mismo. Y como todo lo llevamos a la tecnología, este juego es igual de popular que Ludo club, pero aquí se llama Parchís. Así que les estaré hablando de estas dos apps, mi experiencia, sus diferencias y cuál me gusta más.
Ludo Club:
Este juego me hizo disfrutar de buenas partidas con mis amigos. Es muy interactivo y tiene varios métodos de juegos. Lo que más me gustaba de esta app era los emojis que se pueden colocar durante la partida.
El chat también fue divertido utilizarlo, aunque daba más emoción obtener emojis nuevos para colocarlos en la partida. Probablemente, esta app la conozcan más, así que daré más mi impresión de la app que utilizan aquí en Colombia.
Parchís Star:
Confieso que esta app es muy similar a Ludo Club, solo que parece una versión colombiana jeje. Básicamente, tiene las mismas funciones, los mismos métodos de puntajes y de recompensas. Puedes comprar dados y tableros a medida que ganes partidas.
Creo que es más nueva que Ludo Club porque su apariencia es más bonita. También se puede guardar el progreso y jugar con tus amigos de Facebook.
Diferencias en las reglas:
Posiblemente, no les mencioné todas, solo las que me impresionaron más y que me gustaron.
Lo principal es que el Ludo se juega con un solo dado y el Parchís con 2.
En ludo club puedes salir solo con el número 6 y en el Parchís con el número 5 o que la suma de los dos dados de 5 (ejemplo: 3 + 2 =5)
Si eliminas a un jugador puedes avanzar 20 casillas con cualquier ficha o si llegas a casa puedes avanzar 10 casillas.
Si tienes dos fichas en la misma casilla, creas una barrera que no permite avanzar a los otros jugadores.
Mi opinión sobre las reglas:
Siendo honesta me gustan bastante, sobre todo las que mencioné. Algo que no me gustaba del Ludo Club es que tardas mucho en una partida, pero estas ventajas que ofrece el Parchís permiten que el juego avance más rápido y tengas más opciones para decidir que fichas mover.
Este tipo de juegos pueden ser una buena opción para pasar el tiempo y con eso les cuento que hace poco estuve todo un largo día con unas amigas sacando citas médicas en el hospital, y ¡qué horrible es esperar en un hospital!, pero el día nos cambió con Parchís, se nos fue el tiempo volando en unas cuantas partidas y competencias jeje.
Ambas apps me parecen bonitas. Y la variedad de reglas por la cultura también me pareció muy interesante, porque Colombia y Venezuela son países vecinos y las reglas cambian significativamente.
No me aferro a jugar solo Ludo porque sea venezolana, me parece que la variedad es bonita y aprender la cultura de juegos de otros países es una gran oportunidad para disfrutar del entretenimiento.
Si les da curiosidad ver las diferencias entre estas apps las invito a jugar e invitar a otros amigos.

Ludo Club or Parchís Star | Change of culture, change of rules
The game "Ludo" is very well known in Venezuela. In family and friends gatherings we used to enjoy this board game. But time goes by and many of these games moved from the table to the App, and distance is no longer a limiting factor when we can connect with our friends to play online.
I remember when the Ludo Club App was a "boom" and most people had it to enjoy their games and competitions. So I was also one of those who enjoyed it a lot.
When I arrived in Colombia they played with my mind. They told me "let's play a board game" and when they brought me a ludo board, I said "easy, I know how to play", but when they placed two dice on the table I started to doubt.
It turns out that in Colombia this game is called Parqués or Parchís, and the rules are different, that is, the game is the same, but it is not the same. And as we take everything to technology, this game is just as popular as Ludo club, but here it is called Parcheesi. So I will be talking about these two apps, my experience, their differences and which one I like more.
Ludo Club:
This game made me enjoy good games with my friends. It is very interactive and has several game methods. What I liked most about this app was the emojis that can be placed during the game.
The chat was also fun to use, although it was more exciting to get new emojis to place in the game. You probably know this app more, so I will give more my impression of the app that you use here in Colombia.
Parchís Star:
I confess that this app is very similar to Ludo Club, only that it looks like a Colombian version hehe. Basically, it has the same functions, the same scoring and reward methods. You can buy dice and boards as you win games.
I think it is newer than Ludo Club because it looks nicer. You can also save your progress and play with your Facebook friends.
Differences in the rules:
Possibly, I did not mention all of them, just the ones that impressed me the most and that I liked the most.
The main thing is that Ludo is played with only one die and Parcheesi with 2.
In ludo club you can come out with only the number 6 and in Parcheesi with the number 5 or the sum of the two dice is 5 (example: 3 + 2 =5).
If you eliminate a player you can advance 20 squares with any checker or if you get home you can advance 10 squares.
If you have two checkers in the same square, you create a barrier that does not allow the other players to advance.
My opinion on the rules:
To be honest I like them quite a lot, especially the ones I mentioned. Something I didn't like about Ludo Club is that it takes a long time to play a game, but these advantages offered by Parcheesi allow the game to progress faster and you have more options to decide which pieces to move.
This kind of games can be a good option to pass the time and with that I tell you that recently I spent a long day with some friends making medical appointments at the hospital, and how horrible it is to wait in a hospital, but the day changed with Parcheesi, the time flew by in a few games and competitions hehe.
Both apps look nice to me. And the variety of rules because of the culture also seemed very interesting to me, because Colombia and Venezuela are neighboring countries and the rules change significantly.
I don't stick to play only Ludo because I'm Venezuelan, I think the variety is nice and learning the culture of games from other countries is a great opportunity to enjoy entertainment.
