Pokémon Legends: Arceus - Dream challenge
Hace tiempo, les compartí mi experiencia con el juego de Pokémon Legend: Arceus. Me tomó una buena cantidad de horas terminar la Pokédex y todas las enmiendas, tanto principales como secundarias. Sin embargo, en aquel escrito no les comenté nada con respecto al reto onírico, el cual es una serie de combates infinitos, en el que enfrentas a distintos Pokémon. El objetivo es alcanzar el máximo nivel posible y enfrentar a Arceus.
Este reto se desbloquea una vez que completas todas las enmiendas del juego, descargas el DLC y terminas todas las apariciones supermasivas. Al pasar por la casa del protagonista, se desbloquea una animación y a partir de ese momento puedes acceder al reto desde la cama (si, en el juego, puedes ir a la cama y elegir hasta que etapa del día quieres dormir).
I shared my experience with the Pokémon Legend: Arceus game some time ago. It took me a good amount of hours to finish the Pokédex and all the principal and secondary amendments. However, in that write-up, I didn't tell you anything regarding the dream challenge, a series of infinite battles in which you face different Pokémon. The goal is to reach the highest level possible and meet Arceus.
This challenge is unlocked once you complete all the amendments in the game, download the DLC and finish all the supermassive appearances. When you go through the protagonist's house, an animation is unlocked. From that moment, you can access the challenge from bed (yes, in the game, you can go to bed and choose until what stage of the day you want to sleep).
El reto presenta varias reglas que le dan cierta dificultad, de hecho intenté pasarlo como más de treinta veces, hasta que me armé de un buen equipo (de hecho, para esto hasta pregunté en grupos de Facebook) e hice una selección adecuada de los retos.
Estas reglas son:
- No se pueden usar objetos.
- No se puede cambiar de Pokémon (solo si es derrotado).
- Son combates continuos, si pierdes uno (derrotaron todo tu equipo) debes comenzar desde cero.
- Ganas puntos dependiendo del nivel del Pokémon al que te hayas enfrentado. NOTA: esto depende del reto que elijas, en cada combate tienes tres opciones.
- Estos puntos los puedes canjear por deseos.
De los deseos, puedes pedir los siguientes:
- Curar a un Pokémon (también lo puedes revivir).
- Restaurar los puntos de poder de los movimientos de todo el equipo.
- Cambiar al primer Pokémon (siempre inicia los combates el Pokémon líder).
- Provocar algún estado a tu adversario (el Pokémon rival puede aparecer con estado quemado, dormido, congelado, etc.).
- Sacrificar puntos de salud para ganar más puntos para los deseos.
The challenge presents several rules that give it some difficulty. In fact, I tried to pass it more than thirty times until I got a good team (in fact, for this, I even asked in Facebook groups) and made a proper selection of the challenges.
These rules are:
- No items can be used.
- You can't change Pokémon (only if defeated).
- They are continuous battles. You must start from scratch if you lose one (they defeated all your team).
- You earn points depending on the level of the Pokémon you have faced. NOTE: This depends on the challenge you choose. In each battle, you have three options.
- These points can be exchanged for wishes.
Of the wishes, you can ask for the following:
- Heal a Pokémon (you can also revive it).
- Restore the power points of the moves of the whole team.
- Change the first Pokémon (always start the battles with the leader Pokémon).
- Cause some state to your opponent (the opponent Pokémon can appear in a burned state, asleep, frozen, etc.).
- Sacrifice health points to gain more points for wishes.
Si mal no recuerdo, son todas las reglas y posibles deseos que puedes pedir. Ahora, durante los combates, como ya mencioné, tienes tres opciones. Cada opción tiene una serie de posibles Pokémon que puedes enfrentar, desde los poderosísimos legendarios Dialga y Palkia, hasta Pokémon bebés como Pichu y Bonsly. Al inicio de los combates, los rivales están al nivel 80, y conforme avanzas, estos suben al 90 y luego al 100. Si llegas a enfrentar a dos al mismo tiempo, estos aparecen al nivel 60.
Para considerar que el reto onírico fue completado, debes llegar al nivel 50 y derrotar a un Arceus nivel 100. Conforme avanzas niveles, obtienes mejores recompensas, como pepitas, caramelos L y XL, y caramelos raros. Si ganas la batalla 50, se agrega un símbolo especial a la ficha de entrenador.
If I remember correctly, these are all the rules and possible wishes you can ask for. Now, during battles, as I mentioned, you have three options. Each option has a range of possible Pokémon you can face, from the mighty legendary Dialga and Palkia to baby Pokémon like Pichu and Bonsly. At the start of battles, opponents are level 80; as you progress, they go up to 90 and then 100. If you get to face two at the same time, they appear at level 60.
To consider the dream challenge completed, you must reach level 50 and defeat a level 100 Arceus. As you advance, you get better rewards, such as nuggets, L and XL candies, and rare candies. If you win the 50th battle, a unique token is added to the trainer card.
La estrategia que seguí fue primero que nada intentar con algunos Pokémon a nivel 100 de los que creía serían muy poderosos, fracasé muchas veces. Después opté por pedir recomendaciones en un grupo de Facebook y me sugirieron varios Pokémon, entre ellos, Lucario, Infernape, Blissey, Garchomp, Weavile, Floatzell, Cresselia, Arceus, Umbreon y algunos otros más que no recuerdo. El punto es tener al menos tres Pokémon con muchísima velocidad y los restantes que tengan muchos puntos de salud y tengan movimientos de sanación, prácticamente que sean unos tanques. El equipo final fue el siguiente:
- Infernape
- Floatzell
- Weavile
- Cresselia
- Blissey
- Arceus/Umbreon
El secreto es que utilices los ataques más rápidos que se pueden repetir continuamente sin darle oportunidad al rival de atacarte, siendo ultrapuño (Infernape), acua jet (Floatzell) y canto helado (Weavile). Con estos movimientos fácilmente puedes llegar a los niveles 20-25. Mientras avanzas te recomiendo que sacrifiques vida de tus Pokémon tanque (con movimientos curativos) para que tengas más puntos para los deseos. Con la acumulación de puntos puedes pedir el deseo de restaurar los puntos de poder de los movimientos, esto lo recomiendo hacer en el nivel 20 y de ahí hasta el nivel 40 (esto puede variar, tal vez necesites hacerlo antes). En ocasiones necesitarás restaurar puntos de salud, pero si todo sale bien, probablemente lo usarás como dos veces. Debes tomar en cuenta que conforme pidas el mismo deseo, este necesitará de más puntos.
No pasé a la primera el reto onírico con este equipo, pero solo me tomó tres oportunidades para lograrlo. Otro detalle a tomar en cuenta es que tus Pokémon deben estar si o si al nivel 100. Si están por debajo, probablemente te cueste más trabajo.
The strategy I followed was to try some Pokémon at level 100 that I thought would be very powerful, but I failed many times. Then I opted to ask for recommendations in a Facebook group. They suggested several Pokémon, including Lucario, Infernape, Blissey, Garchomp, Weavile, Floatzell, Cresselia, Arceus, Umbreon, and some others that I don't remember. The point is to have at least three Pokémon with a lot of speed and the rest with a lot of health points and healing moves. Practically that they are tanks. The last team was the following:
- Infernape
- Floatzell
- Weavile
- Cresselia
- Blissey
- Arceus/Umbreon
The secret is to use the fastest attacks that can be repeated continuously without giving the opponent a chance to attack you, being mach punch (Infernape), aqua jet (Floatzell), and ice shard (Weavile). With these moves, you can easily reach levels 20-25. As you advance, I recommend you sacrifice the life of your tank Pokémon (with healing moves) to have more points for wishes. With the accumulation of points, you can make a wish to restore the power points of the movements. I recommend doing this at level 20 and from there until level 40 (this may vary, you may need to do it earlier). Sometimes you need to restore health points, but if everything goes well, you will probably use it twice. You must consider that as you make the same wish, it will need more points.
I didn't pass the dream challenge the first time with this equipment, but it only took me three chances to do it. Another detail to consider is that your Pokémon must be at level 100. If they are below, it will probably cost you more work.
