Nueva interfáz de Kwelta.tech
¡Yo Geeks! Espero que estén pasando un excelente fin de semana. Ayer fue un arduo día de trabajo para mí, pero tuvo un gran final, tenía un gran problema para sostener un blog comunitario que había comenzado con unos amigos hace un año y después de casi darnos por vencido, llegamos a una solución: ¡Migralo a #Hive!
Yo Geeks! I hope you are having an excellent weekend. Yesterday was a hard day at work for me but it had a great ending, I was having a big problem sustaining a community blog that I had started with some friends a year ago and after almost giving up we came to a solution: Migrate it to #Hive!

Si bien es cierto que gracias a la integración de WordPress con el proyecto 
Se suponía que este mes teníamos que pagar la renovación del dominio y a pesar de que costaba solo $38 dólares, no podíamos permitirnos ese gasto porque habíamos perdido toda entrada de dinero. Yo realmente había dado el proyecto por muerto, pero en un último aliento le propuse a mis compañeros de redacción que lanzáramos una campaña de recaudación para poder pagar el dominio y que luego veríamos qué hacer con el blog.
Para nuestra sorpresa en menos de 4 horas ya teníamos el dinero, muchos lectores y amigos se "multaron" como decimos en Cuba, para ayudarnos y pudimos renovar. Pero todavía quedaba un gran problema, teníamos que pagar el hosting y el certificado SSL del sitio. Así que decidimos eliminar por completo el sitio en Wordpress y migrar a Hive donde ya estaba todo el contenido.

Aprovechando que ya teníamos el dominio comprado y realmente no quería redireccionarlo directamente, me di a la tarea de desarrollar un frontend para que sirviera como página estática dónde se pudiera acceder a las últimas entradas de nuestra revista-blog en Hive.
Como mis conocimientos de PHP son básicos, comencé buscando un ejemplo de lector RSS para integrarlo con el proyecto https://www.hiverss.com/ creado por

As my knowledge of PHP is basic, I started looking for an example of an RSS reader to integrate it with the https://www.hiverss.com/ project created by

Después de mucho buscar encontré un código fuente que era perfecto por su fluidez y sencillez de diseño y aprovechamiento de los pocos recursos con los que contaba (Una VPS donde tengo alojado un servidor de VPN y una web).
El código fuente que utilicé lo pueden ver en GitHub y lo pueden descargar modificado al final de este artículo.
Gracias a esto, ahora Kwelta.tech puede continuar su camino, para lo cual se me han ocurrido nuevas ideas, como que sirva de puerta de entrada para nuevos hivers que quieran compartir su contenido con nosotros y ser asesorados en su inicio en la Blockchain.
Además, quienes no posean recursos de conectividad (como muchas personas en Cuba) pueden publicar directamente en la cuenta de nuestro blog, siempre que sea contenido original y no publicado en otros sitios. Y, por supuesto, recibiendo el 100% de las ganancias por recompensas que obtengan con su post.
After much searching, I found a source code that was perfect for its fluidity and simplicity of design and use of the few resources I had (A VPS where I have a VPN server and a website hosted).
The source code I used can be seen on GitHub and can be downloaded modified at the end of this article.
Thanks to this, Kwelta.tech can now continue on its way, for which new ideas have occurred to me, such as serving as a gateway for new hivers who want to share their content with us and be advised on their start in the Blockchain.
In addition, those who do not have connectivity resources (such as many people in Cuba) can post directly to our blog account, as long as it is original content and not published on other sites. And, of course, receiving 100% of the profits for rewards that they obtain with their post.
Lanza tu propia Web integrada con tu blog en Hive
Por el momento seguimos, que es lo más importante. Y por mi parte, ya estoy pensando en hacer una web personal que sirva como landing-page para mi blog en Hive. Y si a tí te gusta esta idea y quieres experimentar con ella y lanzar tu propio sitio web, aquí te dejo el código fuente para que puedas hacerlo.
Requerimientos básicos:
- Un hosting o VPS con un servidor Apache o Ngix + PHP 7.0 o posterior.
- Un dominio para tu web.
- Conocimientos básicos de PHP.
- Seguir las instrucciones de https://www.hiverss.com/ para la integración.
