Los que estudiamos la educación per sé, sabemos que más allá de los procesos cognitivos, el entendimiento, y la inteligencia está la formación de un ser integral; esto quiere decir que en todos los contextos de la vida, incluyendo contextos emocionales, la educación debe tener herramientas para forjar un ser humano que se integre socialmente a su entorno y que contribuya al mismo de forma positiva.
Como en todas las artes, las ingenierías y las ciencias, también en la educación hay procesos en donde se debe “actualizar las estrategias”, innovar y cambiar, en búsqueda del desarrollo de competencias apropiadas para los momentos que se presentan y las exigencias del entorno en el cual vivimos.
Por tanto, junto a la innovación, el advenimiento y llegada de la IA hace pertinente y necesario que los educadores se encarguen de estudiar, entender, manejar, implementar y orientar a los educandos para la aplicación de la misma, para que la aplicación sea orientada a obtener beneficios y no a desplazar el pensamiento humano.
Negar su existencia es una panacea, incluso prohibirla se escapará de las manos de los educadores, de las instituciones y del medio completamente, así que para un docente viejas prácticas de investigación o realización de un informe estarán totalmente desfasadas para ser aplicadas a esta generación que se está formando, porque es la generación que ahora tiene nuevas herramientas que antes los educadores no tuvieron en sus manos y allí estará marcada la diferencia.

Prevalecerán como buenos educadores aquellos que se actualicen a la par de sus educandos, aquellos que estudien cómo funciona la tecnología, cómo se aplica, que trae cada día y que se encargue de que sus alumnos aprendan a identificarla, todo esto le servirá para poder diseñar nuevas estrategias con la IA que les permita siempre estar perfilado a esa integralidad necesaria de sus educandos.
Son innumerables las oportunidades, tendrán que cambiar las viajas planificaciones e incluso el viejo pizarrón del aula, podrían por ejemplo establecerse algunas estrategias como debates, feedback en vivo, simulaciones, comparación de ejemplos, entre otros métodos, que se apoyen con las teorías y la creación de la Inteligencia artificial, pero que a su vez no la hagan eje central del aprendizaje, sólo una invitada más como otra herramienta escolar.
El aprendizaje siempre necesitará los procesos cognitivos de lectura, escritura, análisis, interpretación, síntesis y resumen, por tanto, competencias como manejo de la tecnología y de la Inteligencia artificial complementarán el aprendizaje autónomo que pueden servir de mejorar en las capacidades de los futuros profesionales que estén haciendo.
La idea es que en adelante la educación sea una base sólida para formar ese perfil requerido de los profesionales en cada ámbito empresarial y social, es fundamental en un mundo tan competitivo destacar y enrumbar el desarrollo a ser el mejor en las diferentes áreas de interés.
La educación debe aliarse de la IA para conocer a fondo la capacidad de cada individuo, el norte es nunca dejarse superar por lo ya creado y continuar elevando los procesos creativos y las concepciones personales de la vida.
