what ur guys morning routines?
i am trying to start with 100 crunches while in bed.. like even before getting out of bed. drink my protein shake or at least 1 glass of water.
i also got me a little gun massager that i use on my back (lower mostly) and all over. i visualize that i am waking up all the muscles and getting the blood flowing.
so what do u do first thing in the morn?
YES! my plan is to lice to 120+ and be 100% stress free.. :)
