It’s been a while since I last posted in the Filipinos Of Hive Community, and today I’m dropping by with a quick entry. The rules here are simple, at least one photo and 200 words, and that fits perfectly with what I have right now. Just like in my previous blogs, I’m writing this on the spot during my free time. For now, I only have one photo to share, but I thought it would be fun to tell the story behind it.
Yesterday, I finally received a parcel I ordered online. Inside are 3 boxes of bath soaps, 2 boxes of toothpastes, 1 bottle of shampoo, and 1 box of herbal coffee. I checked out via Watson’s Store on TikTok, which was a convenient choice since I didn’t have the free time to go out. The physical Watson’s branch is only about a 20 minute ride from my house, but working from home the whole week kept me indoors. My stocks were running low, so I had to act fast.
Originally, I placed an order through Puregold Store, but after two days of waiting, the courier never picked up the parcel. TikTok automatically cancelled the order, and that’s when I decided to try Watson’s instead. Thankfully, this time everything went smoothly, and my parcel arrived without hassle.
I haven’t opened the package yet because I’m still busy with work, but I wanted to take a short break and share this little update with you. Sometimes, even small things like receiving a parcel can brighten up a hectic day.
