I agree wholeheartedly, however I'm not a big fan of connecting invention of the name with the whole strategy, I believe these should be two separate procesess since some very creative and intuitive types might be not so good with conducting or designing the whole operation. And when one person is responsible for it all it feels more like a ego-driven contest in opposition to community-driven process and decision.
