Les escribo para compartir con ustedes amigos de Hive y de esta linda comunidad de Family & Friends, que como siempre es un placer saludar a todos ustedes. hoy les vengo hablar un poco de mi rutina de baño con mi pequeña Emma, espero les guste!

La gran mayoría de los padres prefieren dar más de un baño al día algunos de día y otros por la noche,el baño en la noche emma y yo en particular no lo practicamos puesto que por herencia sufrimos de sinositis y los baños de noche verdaderamente no son de ayuda, pero sin duda los baños de día son nuestro mejor ejercicio y tiempo para compartir.

Porque es que lo que más reconforta a emma durante todo este tiempo de vida es el contacto físico conmigo, le encanta sentir mi piel, escuchar mi corazón y percibirme muy cerquita quizás la estoy malacostumbrando pero sin duda mis mejores momentos en la vida han sido a su lado y es que no es solo compartiendo el baño sino también la hora de dormir e inclusive los 30m de juego diarios y si lo que pasa es que emma aunque ustedes no lo crean por su jiji aquí y su jiji allá es muy amargada.

A la hora del baño es fácilmente frotarle suavemente con las manos, especialmente por la zona genital, brazos y piernas es decir disponerlo todo para prepararle baños fantásticos a la pequeña de la casa: desde una bañera, poca agua tibia, jabón y champú especiales para bebés, un juguete sumergible para hacer de este momento uno de los más divertidos del día pero sin prolongar mucho el baño ya que como no se ensucia tanto bastará con unos minutos.

Pero para emma solo pensar en el baño, en esta etapa de su vida, es un momento de relajación, un goce para los sentidos en compañía de mamá porque también podría compartirlo con papá pero les contaré un secreto a papá le da miedo hasta cambiarle un pañal porque dice que emma se puede romper, como si fuese de vidrio, ustedes han visto? todo mamá!🙄

Siguiendo con nuestra a rutina de baño de todos los días que la hacemos a pleno mediodía porque es que emma es bien dormilona eso lo heredó de mi, les cuento; ella se levanta relajada de la vida a tan solo las 11 y a veces a las 12 del día eso es por decir una hora, pero bueno a lo que vinimos el cuerpo se lava de arriba abajo y la zona genital de delante hacia atrás y no creerán lo que descubrí en mi pequeña de tan solo caso 4m tiene bellos ya allá abajito 🥴. En la cara no hace falta poner jabón, simplemente se coge un algodón húmedo y se limpian con cuidado los ojos, las orejas y la nariz (si es que hubiera moquitos secos por ahí) ojo siempre los hay.

También es muy importante cuidar sus oídos, así que ni se les ocurra pasar agua por ellos, porque podría ocasionarle una otitis y a eso le sumamos la sinusitis el caos señores, mejor no inventen.

Seguido de esto con el cabello, la técnica es básicamente el mismo: poca agua y poco champú y un aclarado rápido con la cabeza inclinada hacia atrás.

Rápidamente, después de haber realizado los pasos anteriores se retira al bebé de la bañera y lo envuelves en su toalla o pañal de baño como lo es en nuestro caso, esto solo es para proteger y secar su cabeza ya que no es conveniente frotar su piel con la toalla porque podría resecarse; sólo hay que pasarla por encima como si le estuvieras poniendo pañitos por ende se me hace más sencillo hacerlo con este tipo de pañales de tela.

Finalmente para muchos niños y emma no es la excepción,el baño es la antesala perfecta para ir a dormir otra vez y es que si sacamos cuenta y exagerando un poco emma se mantiene despierta 3h diarias y si señores la flojera en esta casa es grande, al principio me asustaba porque yo no veía normal que un bebé descansará tanto y pregunté por aquí y por allá y que dicen que lo bueno viene más adelante que disfrute mis días de gloria mientras duren, eso me desanima pero ignorare que eso sucedera en algún momento.

Y recuerden que nuestra voz y también nuestras manos, cogiendolos de brazos o piernas del bebé, siempre le harán sentirse muy seguro y en familia. ¿Cómo disfrutas tú del momento del baño con un bebé en casa? ¿Qué es lo que más les gusta?

Emma and I in particular do not practice bathing at night because we suffer from sinositis and night baths are not really helpful, but without a doubt, daytime baths are our best exercise and time to share.

Because what most comforts emma during all this time of life is the physical contact with me, she loves to feel my skin, listen to my heart and perceive me very close, maybe I am getting her used to it but undoubtedly my best moments in life have been by her side and it is not only sharing the bath but also bedtime and even the 30m of daily play and if what happens is that emma although you do not believe it because of her jiji here and her jiji there is very bitter.

at bath time it is easy to rub her gently with your hands, especially in the genital area, arms and legs, that is to say to have everything ready to prepare fantastic baths for the little one of the house: from a bathtub, little warm water, soap and special shampoo for babies, a submersible toy to make this moment one of the most fun of the day but without prolonging the bath too much because as she does not get so dirty it will be enough with a few minutes.

But for emma just thinking about the bath, at this stage of her life, is a moment of relaxation, a joy for the senses in the company of mommy because she could also share it with daddy but I will tell you a secret, daddy is afraid even to change her diaper because he says that emma can break, as if she was made of glass, you have seen? everything mommy!🙄

Continuing with our he daily bath routine that we do at noon because emma is a good sleeper, she inherited it from me, I tell you; she wakes up relaxed from life at only 11 and sometimes at 12 o'clock that is to say an hour, but well what we came to the body is washed from top to bottom and the genital area from front to back and you will not believe what I discovered in my little one of only 4m has already beautiful down there 🥴. On the face you don't need to use soap, just take a damp cotton ball and carefully clean the eyes, ears and nose (if there are any dry bumps around), there always are.

It is also very important to take care of their ears, so do not even think of passing water through them, because it could cause an otitis and to that we add sinusitis, chaos gentlemen, better not invent.

Following this with the hair, the technique is basically the same: little water and little shampoo and a quick rinse with the head tilted back.

Quickly, after having done the previous steps, remove the baby from the bathtub and wrap him in his towel or bath diaper as it is in our case, this is only to protect and dry his head since it is not convenient to rub his skin with the towel because it could dry out; you just have to pass it over him as if you were putting diapers on him, therefore it is easier to do it with this type of cloth diapers.

Finally for many children and emma is no exception, the bath is the perfect anteroom to go to sleep again and if we take into account and exaggerating a little emma stays awake 3 hours a day and yes gentlemen the laziness in this house is great, at first it scared me because I did not see normal that a baby will rest so much and I asked here and there and they say that the good things come later to enjoy my days of glory while they last, that discourages me but I will ignore that it will happen at some point.
