El día empezó preparando nuestro desayuno; luego alistándonos para salir, buscando bonitos outfits y buscando las pertenencias que íbamos a llevar. Luego esperamos un momento para que nuestros amigos pasaran por nosotros.
Hello dear #HiveBlog community, I want to share with you a wonderful day I had recently.
The day started by preparing our breakfast; then getting ready to go out, looking for nice outfits and searching for the belongings we were going to bring. Then we waited for a moment for our friends to pick us up.
Nuestra salida iba a ser por un pueblito muy lindo, llamado “San Luis”; es un pequeño sitio, pero lleno de lugares hermosos, repletos de vegetación y hermosas personas, muy cálidas y hogareñas.
El día estaba muy lluvioso, aun así, salimos porque teníamos un gran compromiso, además sería un día de paseo.
Our outing was going to be to a very nice little town, called "San Luis"; it is a small place, but full of beautiful places, full of vegetation and beautiful people, very warm and homely.
The day was very rainy, even so, we went out because we had a big commitment, besides it would be a day of sightseeing.
Primero emprendimos el viaje que nos iba a llevar casi una hora debido a las lluvias; íbamos muy despacio. Yo iba concentrada mirando todo a mi alrededor, me sorprendió que en el camino hay muchas casas abandonadas, ¡casas enormes y bonitas!, están inhabitables, deterioradas, llenas de moho y cubiertas de vegetación, me hubiese gustado bajarme un momento para explorar.
El resto del camino transcurría en caseríos, puestos de frutas y muchos árboles, pareciendo casi un bonito bosque.
First we started the trip that was going to take us almost an hour due to the rains; we were going very slowly. I was concentrating on looking at everything around me, I was surprised that on the road there are many abandoned houses, huge and beautiful houses, they are uninhabitable, deteriorated, full of mold and covered with vegetation, I would have liked to get off for a moment to explore.
The rest of the road went through hamlets, fruit stalls and many trees, looking almost like a beautiful forest.
Luego, fuimos a la casa de una bonita familia, de cuatro integrantes, más sus hermosas mascotas.
Compartieron un maravilloso rato con nosotros, nos dieron unas galletas con queso fresco. Además se tomaron unas cuantas fotos con nosotros.
A pesar de que no nos conocíamos con anterioridad, ellos fueron muy amables y cálidos con nosotros. Nos recibieron casi como si fuéramos de su familia.
Then, we went to the home of a beautiful family of four, plus their beautiful pets.
They shared a wonderful time with us, gave us some crackers with fresh cheese. They also took a few pictures with us.
Even though we did not know each other before, they were very kind and warm to us. They welcomed us almost as if we were their family.
Después fuimos a comer una comida típica de mi país, llamada “cachapa”, es una especie de pan preparado con maíz fresco; se procede a moler los granos de maíz y se le añade sal al gusto un poco de azúcar, leche, maicena y huevos. Sin embargo, todos tienen diferentes técnicas para preparar este delicioso plato. Se acompaña de queso, mantequilla y si te gusta la carne de res o de cochino puedes añadirle una ración y su sabor es exquisito.
Then we went to eat a typical food of my country, called "cachapa", it is a kind of bread prepared with fresh corn; we proceed to grind the corn kernels and add salt to taste a little sugar, milk, cornstarch and eggs. However, everyone has different techniques to prepare this delicious dish. It is accompanied with cheese, butter and if you like beef or pork you can add a portion and its flavor is exquisite.
Alimentosaludable.BlogEse día fue muy especial, salí junto a mi esposo y dos amigos que son novios. Ellos estuvieron muy felices de haber estado todo ese día juntos, compartiendo un día agradable.
El día finalizó con un sol resplandeciente, ya la lluvia había cesado, me llevé una bonita experiencia compartiendo con mi esposo y nuestros amigos.

That day was very special, I went out with my husband and two friends who are sweethearts. They were very happy to have been all that day together, sharing a nice day.
The day ended with a shining sun, the rain had stopped, I took a nice experience sharing with my husband and our friends.
