People we meet along the way contribute something towards our well-being. It adds beauty, subtracts the frown, and divides the burden. It also feels good when you found the true and thoughtful ones. Right? They are God's instruments too to mold you for being you!
In my life, I am forever grateful for all the things that happened. Good or bad has a different impact on me. Both of them make me feel blessed as I am today. More so, having good friends by my side.
My Mentors turned out to be Friends...
They were my mentors when I was in my practicum days. Eventually, became close friends of mine. They invited me to go to one of the majestic beaches situated in Barangay Biasong, Talisay City, Cebu, The Villa Teresita Resort. At first, I was hesitant whether to join them or not because of our status which is I am still a student, and they are teachers already. I felt quite privileged as well which is why I said Yes.
Here we are...
After half an hour we reached this idyllic place. We immediately took a pose where its name was written. I am thankful for this opportunity to get the chance to visit here. Credits to these two educators who happen to be the bridge of this one-of-a-kind trip together. They were very kind and nice to be with.
The Awesome Landscape...
It has a beautiful landscape there. Very clean and refreshing to look at. Being in this place is a must if you want to enjoy and relax at the same time.
This is the pool for the adults. But I am afraid of trying to swim here because I am not a good swimmer. The mermaid at the back mesmerized me as if it was real.
Yay! There are statues of sharks there in the children's pool. I didn't miss taking pictures with it.
We explored the place and we found out that they have a pool on the other side as well. This is for all who like to swim in there. It's not that deep so I think the kids love it. It's good also to make it the venue if there's a contest in swimming.
It's swimming time! But I prefer to stay in the children's pool. As if I was a kid then. I enjoyed staying where the mouth of the sharks are spitting water.
Lunch Time! This was our simple lunch menu. We were on a diet which is why it's just a small amount of food were there on the table. We were simply enjoying our moment together then.
After eating our lunch, they convinced me to try swimming on the other side of the pool. I joined them but I kept on staying at the edge of it. I can't dare to do such. I am just watching them having fun swimming in there.
I was challenged to slide on their sliding area. I was smiling but deep inside I'm so scared. In the end, they kept on laughing at my reaction when I reached the water. I thought I was drowning which is why I keep on swimming upward.
There's a spot which has its biggest pool and a bridge in there. Many visitors were enjoying swimming and I was an audience there. I found it more enticing looking at them who were fond of splashing around.
Indeed, we had a wonderful day. I have no regrets about joining them. I felt blessed to have companions like them who in one way or another were very amiable to be with. It's just another day full of great memories. Hooray for today!
That's all for my today's blog dear hiveians! Thank you so much for your time taking to read this. Until next time, see you around. Stay safe and God bless everyone.
