¡Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive! Espero esten muy bien el día de hoy. Yo me encuentro súper feliz porque en mi pueblito finalmente anunciaron que harían el encendido navideño y he de decirles que en esta ocasión vi de primera mano como organizaron todo para llevar a cabo este evento planificado en poco tiempo. Hubo mucho estres de por medio jajaja pero todo se logró y yo tenia muchísimas ganas de ver con mis propios ojos como había quedado todo.
Hello my dear friends of Hive! I hope you are doing great today. I am super happy because in my little town they finally announced that they would do the Christmas lighting and I have to tell you that this time I saw first hand how they organized everything to carry out this event planned in a short time. There was a lot of stress involved hahaha but it all came together and I really wanted to see with my own eyes how everything turned out.
Desde pequeña siempre he amado la navidad, creo que muchas veces lo he mencionado por aquí jaja y lo que en toda mi vida más me ha hecho ilusión es ver las luces navideñas, como todo el ambiente cambia según las decoraciones del lugar, el color de las luces, los ornamentos. Los espacios públicos y las plazas comienzan a llenarse de niños corriendo, gente tomandose fotos, o simplemente de personas que van al lugar para disfrutar de la decoración y pasar una noche diferente.
Una vez me preguntaron ¿por qué te gusta tanto estos eventos si todos los años es lo mismo? Y yo simplemente respondí porque me gusta y lo disfruto. Amo la navidad, amo las luces, amo caminar y ver los adornos nuevos y los que hayan estado antes y pensar en algún recuerdo que ese ornamento me haya dado aquel primer año que lo colocaron. Por lo que obviamente, aunque en mi pueblo no haya mucho presupuesto para hacer algo al nivel de las grandes ciudades, su magia navideña no se pierde. Así que sin dudar mi amor y yo, con la compañía de mi mamá nos fuimos a disfrutar del encendido navideño de mi pequeña ciudad.
Since I was little I have always loved Christmas, I think I have mentioned it many times here haha and what in all my life has made me most excited is to see the Christmas lights, how the whole atmosphere changes according to the decorations of the place, the color of the lights, the ornaments. The public spaces and squares begin to fill with children running around, people taking pictures, or simply people who go to the place to enjoy the decorations and spend a different night.
I was once asked why do you like these events so much if every year it's the same? And I simply answered because I like it and I enjoy it. I love Christmas, I love the lights, I love walking around and seeing the new ornaments and the ones that have been there before and thinking of some memory that ornament gave me that first year it was put up. So obviously, even though in my town there is not much budget to do something at the level of the big cities, its Christmas magic is not lost. So without hesitation my love and I, with the company of my mom, went to enjoy the Christmas lighting of my small town.
Amé demasiado el encendido de este año. Mi niña interior estaba demasiado feliz cuando se dio cuenta que Santa y Mickey navideño estarían presentes. Me disfruté el show como si tuviera nuevamente cinco años y hasta alcancé a tomarme mi foto con Santa y mi amor me intentó tomar una foto con Mickey aunque con ese personaje casi no he tenido mucha suerte pero por lo menos tengo mi fotografía jaja
I loved this year's lighting too much. My inner child was so happy when she realized that Santa and Christmas Mickey would be present. I enjoyed the show as if I was five years old again and I even got to take my picture with Santa and my love tried to take a picture with Mickey although with that character I almost didn't have much luck but at least I got my picture haha.
Luego seguimos recorriendo la plaza y este año hicieron algo nuevo en el área de la decoración que nunca habían hecho en años anteriores y fue la total sorpresa de la noche. Colocaron un árbolito de seis metros de alto de puras luces de navidad,más de setenta luces dieron forma a esa hermosa decoración.
Then we continued touring the square and this year they did something new in the area of decoration that they had never done in previous years and it was the total surprise of the night. They placed a six meter high tree of pure Christmas lights, more than seventy lights gave shape to this beautiful decoration.
Quedamos totalmente fascinados con lo bello que quedó todo. Hasta mi mamá quedó enamorada, no quería salir de ese espacio. Les contaré que tenía un buen rato sin salir a un encendido navideño con mi madre y volverlo a hacer este año me hizo recordar muchas cosas lindas de mi infancia como cuando íbamos a ver las luces en esta misma placita y nos deleitábamos con las grades decoraciones, hubo un año en el que colocaban un pesebre tamaño real con absolutamente todos los personajes del nacimiento, podías ver al buey, las ovejas, pastores y demás alrededor de la zona principal de la plaza, era un espectaculo.
We were totally fascinated with how beautiful everything was. Even my mom was in love, she didn't want to leave that space. I will tell you that I had a long time without going out to a Christmas lighting with my mother and doing it again this year made me remember many beautiful things from my childhood as when we went to see the lights in this same square and we were delighted with the great decorations, there was a year in which they placed a life-size manger with absolutely all the characters of the birth, you could see the ox, sheep, shepherds and others around the main area of the square, it was a spectacle.
Disfrutamos muchísimo de esta noche la verdad, amé el show navideño, ademas de que también tocó el conjunto de gaita que anteriormente les había mencionado porque como lo cierto es que navidad sin gaita en Venezuela no es navidad jaja. El evento musical estuvo muy entretenido pero mis ojos solo se iban a las luces jajaja. Por lo que hicimos todo el recorrido, pasamos un buen rato y luego nos regresamos con las pilas del espíritu navideño recargado, hasta mi amor estaba feliz que usualmente en estas fechas en un total grinch. Pero lo importante es que la pasamos súper bien.
We really enjoyed this night, I loved the Christmas show, plus the gaita ensemble that I mentioned before also played, because Christmas without gaita in Venezuela is not Christmas haha. The musical event was very entertaining but my eyes only went to the lights hahaha. So we did the whole tour, we had a good time and then we came back with the batteries of the Christmas spirit recharged, even my love was happy which usually at this time of the year he is a total grinch. But the important thing is that we had a great time.
