Hola comunidad family&friends, esta vez fui con mi amiga Jhulianna, que también es de mi ciudad Barquisimeto - Venezuela, de hecho ambos somos ingenieros civiles de la UCLA, aunque no nos graduamos juntos nos conocemos por más 14 años, por cosas del destino nos reencontramos de nuevo ahora en Dubai, ella ya tiene más tiempo acá así que conoce más la ciudad que yo y siempre que salimos a distintos lugares somos los fotógrafos personales de cada quien jaja.
Esta vez fuimos a una playa llamada Public Beach desde donde se puede ver al fondo el Burj Al Arab, para llegar a esta playa es un poco más complicado ya que había que tomar metro y bus, pero como Jhulianna sabía llegar todo fue más fácil, fuimos pasado las 6 de la tarde por lo que pudimos ver el atardecer y disfrutar de la playa con una menor temperatura, el agua era caliente pero un caliente agradable y relajante, todos me dicen que de ese lago de la ciudad se encuentran las mejores playas para bañarse.
La verdad es muy chévere tener a alguien de tu ciudad en un país tan alejado de todo, alguien que te entienda tu dialecto, con quien puedas salir, comer y reírte por horas, cuando los demás nos ven hablando en español sin saber que estamos diciendo. Hello family&friends community, this time I went with my friend Jhulianna, who is also from my city Barquisimeto - Venezuela, in fact we are both civil engineers from UCLA, although we did not graduate together we know each other for more than 14 years, by fate we met again now in Dubai, she already has more time here so she knows more about the city than me and whenever we go out to different places we are each other's personal photographers haha.
This time we went to a beach called Public Beach from where you can see the Burj Al Arab in the background, to get to this beach is a little more complicated because you had to take metro and bus, but as Jhulianna knew how to get there everything was easier, we went past 6 pm so we could see the sunset and enjoy the beach with a lower temperature, the water was hot but a nice and relaxing hot, everyone tells me that from that lake in the city are the best beaches for swimming.
The truth is very cool to have someone from your city in a country so far away from everything, someone who understands your dialect, with whom you can go out, eat and laugh for hours, when others see us speaking in Spanish without knowing what we are saying.
