Hello everyone! Welcome back to my newest blog. This blog post may be a bit late, but the memories and emotions from that day are still fresh in my mind.
SUGAT KABANHAWAN
I want to share with you my wonderful experience at Sugat Kabanhanwan in Naga City,Cebu. It was a joyous celebration filled with meaningful moments and acts of kindness.
The day began before the crack of dawn as my mother, sister, friends, and I woke up at 2:30 am. We were eager to participate in the festivities and headed to the plaza in Naga City. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as people gathered to attend the mass and witness the grand event.

Upon our advent at said municipally located plaza; a lively festive mood welcomed us warmly. Said square was embellished with bright adornments prepping for an unforgettable epoch. Together with onlookers we observed Sugat Kabanhanwan’s enactment - Jesus Christ’s comeback from decease.
This portrayal evoked astonishment within us all while recollecting Easter tide's importance - a potent memo concerning optimism belief along triumphance over malefic forces.
Post-portrayal we were present for mass conducted square-wise where petitionaries were offered alongside expressions of thankful sentiments regarding life benedictions.
Subsequent this gathering, domicile ward we returned hoping to repose briefly.
HELPING THE COMMUNITY BY OUR SK CHAIRMAN
The early morning activities had left us feeling a bit tired, but our excitement and enthusiasm kept us going. Around 10 am, we gathered again, this time at the SK Chairman Cafe, to participate in a meaningful act of service.
Our beloved SK Chairman had organized a rice distribution program for the people in the South Poblacion. We were grateful for the opportunity to be part of this initiative and contribute to the well-being of our community. As we distributed the rice packs, we witnessed the gratitude and appreciation of the recipients, which warmed our hearts.
LUNCH AFTER THE DISTRIBUTION OF RICE
Following the handout, the SK Chairman extended an invitation for us to partake in a sumptuous meal he had arranged. This was done as an act of thanks and a method for him to showcase his recognition of our assistance with the rice distribution.
We shared a meal together, filled with laughter, stories, and a sense of unity.
As the day came to an end, we returned home with a profound sense of fulfillment and happiness.
I am grateful for the opportunity to share this experience with all of you.
Sugat Kabanhanwan is not just a celebration; it is a reminder of the importance of community, faith, and acts of kindness. It is a time to come together, support one another, and spread love and positivity. I am thankful for the blessings and the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful event.
