Greeting to entire members of hive community. You are the best!.lam here today to tell you how My graduation from the university reunited us as family. There is power in reunion.
A reunion is a party attended by members of the same family, school, or other group who have not seen each other for a long time.
My graduation from Bethel Christian university African campus Abuja, Nigeria, was a great occasion that reunited my family in a way that nothing else could. As I walked and danced on the stage, I felt an overwhelming sense of pride and accomplishment. But what made this moment truly special was seeing my family in the audience, beaming with pride and joy.
For over 10 years my family had been scattered across the globe, each looking for greener pastures to better their own paths and dreams. My father and mother had moved to Ghana for work, my siblings were studying abroad, and I was left to face university life on my own. We kept in touch through phone calls and video chats, but it wasn't the same as being physically together.
But on my graduation day, we all came together again. My parents travelled all the ways from Ghana, my siblings took a break from their studies, and we were finally reunited. It was like no time had passed at all. We hugged each other tightly, tears of happiness and Joy streaming down our faces.people around us were carried away by our tears of joy and happiness. They could not hold theirselves but joined us celebrating our joy.
As we took photos and celebrated, I realized that this moment was not just about me and my achievement. It was about the sacrifices we had all made as a family, the late nights and early mornings, the hard work and dedication. It was about the love and support we had given each other, even from afar.
My graduation from university was a reminder that family is not just about blood ties, but about the bonds we form and the memories we create and build together.
Infact, no matter where life takes us, we can always come back to each other and share our love, joy and happiness
As we sat down to eat at the dinning room round the dining table, I looked around the table and felt grateful for this moment of togetherness. We shared our youthful stories, laughed, and discuss about about our individual new environment and achievement. It was like we had never been apart.
My graduation from university was more than just a personal achievement; it was a family reunion.
I got to realized that even as we grow and move forward, our family will always be there to support, respect and celebrate each other.
The joy and significance of the reunion of my family on this special occasion (my graduation) cannot be forgotten.
