When I arrived the joy I felt is very incredible and indescribable since seeing my grandson my spirit is filled with energy and great happiness. So I wish these moments with all my soul. My grandson always smiling and making sounds that caught my attention.
I felt very excited because in addition to having committed myself to prepare something to take away. I prepared a dessert with Coconut and Oatmeal that was very delicious. Also, I prepared some white beans that were very rich and substantial; which I prepared early in the morning with potatoes and carrots. I took them already prepared so I didn't have to work too long in the kitchen. Grandma prepared rice and plantains to go with them.

Cuando llegué la alegría que sentí es muy increíble e indescriptible ya que ver a mi nieto mi espíritu se llena de energías y gran felicidad. Así que estos momentos los deseo con todo el alma. Mi nieto siempre sonriendo y haciendo sonidos que llamaron mi atención.
Me sentí muy emocionada ya que además de haberme comprometido en preparar algo para llevar. Preparé un postre con Coco y Avena que me quedó muy delicioso. Asimismo, preparé unos frijoles blancos criollos que quedaron muy ricos y sustanciosos; los cuales preparé bien temprano en la mañana con papas y zanahoria. Los llevé ya listos para no tener que trabajar mucho tiempo en la cocina. La abuelita preparó arroz y plátano para acompañarlos.
It was particularly hot today and Alonso was a bit restless. He had a hard time sleeping, so I was quite active trying to make him comfortable and happy. We gave him homemade applesauce, played and laughed together. He almost wants to talk. Friends it is amazing that he is only six months old and he already says mama.
He has two teeth and his gums itched, he wanted to put everything in his mouth. I tell you that the cell phone is one of the things he wanted to take with his little hands.
Then we decided to give him a bath, we gave him a bottle and he fell asleep.
Estefany's grandmother and I were alone taking care of Alonso; so we took advantage of the fact that he was asleep and decided to have lunch. The food was delicious, my daughter-in-law's grandmother loved it. We talked about some topics, especially those that had to do with Alonso's progress and evolution, the things he does and how he reacts before certain stimuli.
Hoy particularmente hizo mucho calor y Alonso estuvo un poco inquieto. Le costó dormir, así que estuve bastante activa tratando de que estuviera cómodo y contento. Le dimos compota de manzana hecha en casa, jugamos y nos reímos juntos. Ya casi quiere hablar. Amigos es increíble que tiene solo seis meses y ya dice mamá.

Después decidimos bañarlo, le dimos un tetero y se quedó dormido.La abuelita de Estefany y yo estábamos solas atendiendo a Alonso; así que aprovechamos que se durmió y decidimos almorzar. La comida estuvo deliciosa, a la abuelita de mi nuera le encantó. Conversamos de algunos temas, especialmente los que tenían que ver con el avance y evolución de Alonso, las cosas que hace y como reacciona antes de ciertos estímulos.
After a short while my grandson woke up so I spent the rest of the afternoon playing and enjoying all the things my grandson does at six months old. Likewise, everything to do with activities like changing him, re-bathing him and feeding him. At about five o'clock he fell asleep again.
Everyone else was working on this International Workers' Day. My son Gabriel and also my daughter-in-law. I was supposed to be back home by now. I made a commitment to go back soon and help grandma more often.
Grateful to be able to help and share with her, who has the greatest care and dedication to my grandson. I felt useful and at the same time happy to share and enjoy with my grandson and grandma Neyxa. Wishing soon that this day will be repeated, to see my grandson again and share all things as a family as it should always be.

Al poco rato mi nieto despertó así que pasé el resto de la tarde jugando y disfrutando de todas las cosas que mi nieto hace a sus seis meses. De igual modo, todo lo que tiene que ver con actividades como cambiarlo, volverlo a bañar y alimentarlo. Ya como a las cinco se quedó nuevamente dormido.
Todos los demás estaban trabajando en este Día Internacional de Trabajador. Mi hijo Gabriel y también mi nuera. Debía ya estar de regreso a mi casa. Me comprometí pronto a regresar y ayudar a la abuelita con más frecuencia.
Agradecida por poder ayudar a y compartir con ella, quién tiene el cuidado y la dedicación mayor de mi nieto. Me sentí útil y a la vez felíz de compartir y disfrutar con mi nieto y con la abuelita Neyxa. Deseando pronto que este día se repita, para ver nuevamente a mi nieto y compartir todas las cosas en familia como debe ser siempre.
