Hola, amigos. Les traigo una experiencia que tuve desde el lunes 14 hasta el 21 de abril de este año.

      Mes de abril, y yo no tenía planes interesantes que me hicieran salir de la rutina; de hecho, no tenía ánimo de viajar a ningún sitio porque estaba pasando una mala situación económica. Hasta que un amigo (además hermano), me invitó a acampar en el Estado Falcón (yo soy del Estado Portuguesa, Venezuela) con un grupo de hermanos para recibir una capacitación. A mí los campamentos siempre me han gustado pero, esta vez, no tenía mucho ánimo, pues además de estar pasando por esa mala situación, no conocía a más nadie, excepto a él y eso me hacía sentir tímida y algo desconfiada. Lo bueno es que eso no debería ser motivo para frenarme porque me gusta relacionarme con nuevos hermanos, pero en fin, lo estaba pensando mucho. Finalmente accedí y me anoté.

      Para mí sorpresa, hubo falla en el transporte, pues el camión que se usaba para realizar el transporte no estaba en buenas condiciones y el bus de segunda opción tampoco estaba disponible. De manera que se resolvió con la camioneta personal del mismo chofer, solo que los cupos eran más limitados y el pastor a cargo indicó que solo llevaría entonces a aquellos hermanos dispuestos que quieran hacer su primer nivel (son cuatro niveles en total), así que mi amigo no pudo ir y yo toda rara porque iba con tantas personas que no conocía. Ojo, lo de la camioneta no me frenaba porque soy todo terreno.

      Desde el momento que partimos noté grandes enseñanzas con algunas experiencias desgarradoras que me me hicieron soltar algunas lágrimas. En todo el camino iba silenciosa, pero atenta a las conversaciones, no me limitaba. El camino era hermoso, la serranía es espléndida, comimos piña muy dulce y jugosa y avanzamos hasta llegar al lugar de destino en muy buen tiempo y clima.

      Al bajar, desempacamos nuestras cosas y faltaban muchos hermanos por llegar. Yo muy tímida recibía las instrucciones pero ya iba compartiendo con los hermanos. Poco a a poco al transcurrir los días hicimos un grupo hermoso de diferentes edades. Yo tengo 33 años, pero me siento tan a gusto con los adolescentes, como con mis contemporáneos y hasta de tercera edad, y así era ese grupo, de ocho (8) personas, pero variado y muy agradable.

      En los retos en que tuvimos que participar, nos apoyábamos mutuamente. Siempre hubo respeto y agrado. Ya yo comenzaba a percibir que ellos se iban a quedar guardados en mi corazón, son de esas personas valiosas que da gusto conservar. Las risas con ellos no paraban, los consejos que me daban los tengo aún en mi memoria. las experiencia que vivimos son INOLVIDABLES, en fin... Encontré UNA FAMILIA.

      En los últimos días hicimos más amistad con el resto del grupo que tenía más tiempo que nosotros. Pasamos ratos muy agradables. Tomamos muchas fotos. Comíamos juntos y disfrutamos un montón. Estoy segura que ellos nos extrañan mucho después de habernos regresado. Yo también los extraño. Pero tenemos miras de volvernos a ver en la próxima ocasión si Dios lo permite para así volver a disfrutar muchísimo, recibir entonces a los que vayan por primera vez y seguir haciendo valiosas amistades.

      Por favor, si sientes que no tienes amigos, siempre habrán personas dispuestas a que le des la oportunidad de entablar una primera conversación. Aún hay mucha gente valiosa a nuestro alrededor y de verdad existen los amigos leales.

The road was beautiful, the mountain range is splendid, we ate very sweet and juicy pineapple and we advanced until we reached our destination in very good weather and climate.

      When we went downstairs, we unpacked our things and many brothers were yet to arrive. I was very shy to receive the instructions but I was already sharing with the brothers. Little by little, as the days went by, we became a beautiful group of different ages. I am 33 years old, but I feel as comfortable with teenagers as I do with my contemporaries and even with senior citizens, and that is how that group was, eight (8) people, but varied and very pleasant.

      In the last days we made more friends with the rest of the group that had more time than us. We had a great time. We took a lot of pictures. We ate together and enjoyed a lot. I am sure they miss us a lot after we came back. I miss them too. But we are looking forward to meet again next time if God allows it so we can enjoy again a lot, welcome the first time visitors and continue to make valuable friendships.
