Hoy quise empezar mi titulo con estas hermosas palabras que cobraron significado para mi durante la pandemia, un suceso único que nos tocó vivir, separados de la familia y los amigos, el motivo: ”El amor”, no fue fácil pero proteger nuestra salud y la de los demás era necesario y amoroso. Aquí les cuento mi experiencia. . .
Greetings dear family
Today I wanted to begin my title with these beautiful words that took on meaning for me during the pandemic, a unique event that we had to live, separated from family and friends, the reason: "love", it was not easy but protecting our health and that of others was necessary and loving. Here I tell you my experience. . .
Mi familia antes de la pandemia
Para nosotros el concepto familia es apoyo, seguridad, confianza, felicidad, trabajo en equipo, reunirnos, compartir experiencia, metas y principios. La verdad es muy abarcador.
Algo que disfrutamos mucho es estar juntos, aunque vivo lejos de mis padres y hermanos, siempre sacábamos tiempo para visitar a mi familia. Los amigos de la zona y los vecinos que nos vieron crecer le decían a mis padres: “Tus hijas nunca olvidaron sus raíces”,y así es, amamos visitarlos,una de mis hermanas también le tocó vivir lejos pero ella igual saca tiempo para visitarlos,aveces hasta nos poníamos de acuerdo para ir al mismo tiempo y estar todos juntos como familia.
Es bonito sabes, estos momentos te nutren y te dan las fuerzas que necesitas en el momento mas oportuno. Todo ese amor, apoyo emocional e incondicional que recibimos en momentos favorable, fue como ese combustible que mantuvo activo la llama del amor en la familia.
My family before the pandemic
For us, the concept of family means support, security, trust, happiness, teamwork, coming together, sharing experiences, goals and principles. It is really all encompassing.
One thing we really enjoy is being together, even though I live far away from my parents and siblings, we always made time to visit my family. Friends in the area and neighbors who watched us grow up told my parents: "Your daughters never forgot their roots", and that's right, we love to visit them, one of my sisters also had to live far away but she still makes time to visit them, sometimes we even agreed to go at the same time and be all together as a family.
It's nice you know, these moments nourish you and give you the strength you need at the most opportune moment. All that love, emotional and unconditional support that we received in favorable moments, was like that fuel that kept the flame of love active in the family.
El combustible en accion: “Mi matrimonio”
Si, empezare con mi matrimonio y es que precisamente para ese entonces justo un día antes era nuestro aniversario numero:# 10, decidimos celebrarlo junto a unos familiares de mi esposo que han llegado hacer un gran apoyo para nosotros, los quiero mucho también. Ese día estábamos disfrutando de unos de los momentos mas bonito y especiales para nosotros junto a esta bella familia, y luego al otro día todo estaba colapsado, todo lo estaban cerrando y restringiendo. Nuestra reacción principal fue obedecer.
Nuestro trabajo se paralizo, el mercado estaba cerrado y el trabajo de comercio que hacíamos estaba restringido por los momentos. no se si ustedes lo vivieron igual pero al principio todo era muy estricto y claro nos enfrentábamos a algo desconocido y peligroso.
Como me hubiese gustado haber conocido a HIVE durante la pandemia, pero no era el momento ahora lo entiendo porque en ese entonces no tenia acceso a Internet, PERO QUE BUENO QUE GUARDE TODOS LOS RECUERDOS, ANÉCDOTAS, EXPERIENCIAS Y FOTOGRAFÍAS, sin saber que algún día los estaría compartiendo con ustedes. En el momento nos beneficiaron a todos como familia y amigos, espero que a ustedes también. . .
The fuel in action: "My marriage".
Yes, I will start with my marriage and it is that precisely at that time just a day before was our anniversary number: # 10, we decided to celebrate it with some relatives of my husband who have become a great support for us, I love them very much too. That day we were enjoying one of the most beautiful and special moments for us with this beautiful family, and then the next day everything was collapsed, everything was closing and restricting. Our main reaction was to obey.
Our work was paralyzed, the market was closed and the commercial work we were doing was restricted for the moment. I don't know if you experienced it the same way, but at the beginning everything was very strict and of course we were facing something unknown and dangerous.
How I would have liked to have met HIVE during the pandemic, but it was not the right time, now I understand it because at that time I did not have access to the Internet, BUT I WOULD HAVE SAVED ALL THE MEMORIES, ANECDOTES, EXPERIENCES AND PHOTOGRAPHS, without knowing that someday I would be sharing them with you. At the time they benefited all of us as family and friends, I hope they benefited you as well. . .

Rutina
Fue muy necesario tener una rutina y equilibrar el ocio, al principio lo disfrutamos, fue como que necesitabas ese descanso, pero luego era demasiado ocio y nooo, tuvimos que darle atención y pensar en como podíamos invertir el tiempo sabiamente.
Medidas practicas
Ser flexibles: Buscamos maneras practicas de trabajar en equipo manteniendo la distancia, como no podíamos trabajar en el mercado, nos ingeniamos una mesa al frente de la casa y empezamos a vender cambur y cuando no se vendían haciamos unas deliciosas tortas de cambur ,al principio fue lento, pero después se nos terminaba la mercancía antes del tiempo.
También mantuvimos la mente ocupada en otras actividades como: estudiar, sembrar, caminar, escalar:La montaña que esta detrás de la casa donde vivíamos.
Como matrimonio nos conocimos mejor, fueron momentos donde hablábamos mucho, jugábamos, reímos y lloramos, bueno “yo“, soy muy llorona en esas etapas mi esposo fue un gran compañero.
Routine
It was very necessary to have a routine and balance leisure, at first we enjoyed it, it was like you needed that break, but then it was too much leisure and nooo, we had to give it attention and think about how we could invest the time wisely.
Practical measures
Being flexible: We looked for practical ways to work as a team while keeping our distance, since we couldn't work in the market, we set up a table in front of the house and started selling cambur and when they didn't sell we made delicious cambur cakes, it was slow at first, but then we ran out of goods before the time was up.
We also kept our minds busy with other activities such as: studying, planting, walking, climbing: the mountain behind the house where we lived.
As a married couple we got to know each other better, there were times when we talked a lot, played, laughed and cried, well "me", I am very tearful in those stages my husband was a great companion.

El combustible en acción: Comunicacion
Al principio siempre nos comunicamos y todos muy pendientes unos de otros esto nunca se perdió todos los días hablaba con mi mamá y mis hermanas ella me tuvieron mucha paciencia era la forma de calmar mi ansiedad por verlas, solo escuchaba sus voces y era un alivio saber que estaban bien gracias a Dios. Pero hacia falta algo mas. . .
Ideamos actividades en familia:
No teníamos un teléfono inteligente, el que teníamos no era tan inteligente, pero por lo menos tenia whatsApp, conversando con una amiga por este medio, ella me enseño una brillante herramienta que tenia mi teléfono y que le dio ese combustible recargable a la familia :”Las llamadas en conferencia” o como decía mi teléfono “multi conferencia”, esto fue maravilloso en ese momento, pudimos hacer reuniones, celebrar nuestros aniversarios yo creo que primera vez que todos los aniversarios de mi familia los tomamos en cuenta en familia, hasta los chiquitos de la casa les preparamos actividades para ellos: En una ocasión preparamos entrevista s y los niños escogieron a quienes iban a entrevistar, todas las entrevista fueron tan personalizadas y espontanea, ese día nos reímos muchísimo con ellos aunque era por teléfono, nos sentíamos cerca.
Fuel in Action: Communication
In the beginning we always communicated and we were all very attentive to each other, this was never lost, every day I talked to my mom and my sisters, she was very patient with me, it was the way to calm my anxiety to see them, I only heard their voices and it was a relief to know that they were well, thanks to God. But something else was needed. . .
We came up with family activities:
We didn't have a smart phone, the one we had wasn't that smart, but at least it had whatsApp, chatting with a friend through this medium,she showed me a brilliant tool my phone had and it gave that rechargeable fuel to the family : "Conference calls" or as my phone said "multi conference", this was wonderful at that time, we could have meetings, celebrate our anniversaries, I think it was the first time that all the anniversaries of my family were taken into account as a family, even the little ones of the house we prepared activities for them: on one occasion we prepared interviews and the children chose who they were going to interview, all the interviews were so personalized and spontaneous, that day we laughed a lot with them even though it was by phone, we felt close to each other.

Pero bueno amigos y familia no fuimos inmune a la enfermedad: ¡MI PAPA SE ME ENFERMO DE GRAVEDAD! 😷😥
