When people of different gender are advocating for equal rights, they are basically seeking for fairness, opportunities and respect other people might have enjoyed but they have been denied of it. The human rights is basically and fundamentally has to do with ensuring people have access to the same opportunities, freedom, freedom and liberties other people had.
I knew back then in those days or according to history, women's rights have fought for their rights, freedom from violence and discrimination and voting abilities. These rights are not for selfish gainful reasons or self aims but are efforts to enhance inequalities and equal rights. These are rights that different genders enjoyed and benefits when a community and sociality become equal more in terms of economic security, prosperity, social stability and public health.
But these days women runs to human rights for their selfish reasons or displays. Women of nowadays doesn't longer endure marriages anymore like olden days women. Any slit misunderstanding and quarrel you will see a woman will run to human rights and complaints about the husband. Mostly such women are competitive women in the society. If she ask for something from her husband because she saw another woman with it and she wants to have it too . She will start disturbing the husband and if the husband couldn't afford it she will run to human rights and complaint that the husband is not doing this or that to her and that she's tired of the marriage and she want a divorce.
I've seen a certain couple that lived close to our house some time ago. The woman is a working class woman and she's earning money more than the husband at every end of the month. And she doesn't buy any food stuffs for the house but expect her husband to be buying all the food stuffs and paying the family bills by himself since he is the head of the family. The man talked to her in so many occasions and even took the matter to her family relations yet it yielded no good outcome.
The woman said her money belongs to her and her family and not to buy food stuff or pay the family bills because the husband is not the person that trained her in the university but her family. That the husband is the man and head of his house and he should provide everything they need to live in the house comfortably. She further said her money belongs to her and family and to buy whatever she needs for herself like clothes and shoes and bags.
But what amazed and surprised me was that despite everything that happened the man have not run to human rights to complaints about his wife bad behavior. After few years the wife retired and the man got promotion from his place of work. You can imagine now that the man will be collecting salary more than her because she retired. Because of this the woman started misbehaving and causing problem from one place to another and went to human rights and complaint that her husband is not doing this or that to her and the family. It was then I thought and came to understand and conclusion that most women run to human rights for their selfish reasons.
Human rights should investigate any informations properly given to them and make sure they have gotten a root of the issues or problem before giving out their verdicts. We all know that human rights are fundamentally advocating people's rights for freedom, fairness and better opportunities other are enjoying and not stand against violence and discrimination and for selfish reasons.
But it seems women nowadays are running to human rights for their selfish reasons on the basic of getting freedom to live their own separate kind of wayward or bad lives their husbands would not permit or allow them under his roof.
The rate of divorces is getting worse everyday and most of the divorce cases women are the lead and this women will take their complaints to human rights or court on the basic their husbands are not fulfilling and meeting their demands that they could not stay in such marriage anymore.
I am not a kind of person that advocate or encourage staying in a toxic marriage and also encouraging one to walk out of marriage on the basic of not getting his or her selfish demands mend or granted is a no go area for me.
The cases that's happening in human rights these days is getting worse everyday, no good case there except complaints of husband not fulfilling his duty as proper or divorce cases.
