Mis queridos amigos, les saludo esperando que todo esté muy bien en sus vidas.
Seguimos de fiesta y celebración; en esta oportunidad, en mi ciudad de Barcelona, se llevó a cabo la Feria Internacional de San Celestino, por lo que fueron días cargados de música, artistas, influencers, ganado y muchas noches de espectáculos que les cuento a continuación.
My dear friends, I greet you and hope that everything is going well in your lives. We continue to party and celebrate; this time, in my city of Barcelona, the International Fair of San Celestino took place, so it was a few days filled with music, artists, influencers, livestock, and many nights of shows, which I will tell you about below.
Según yo, la feria se daría el día viernes; no me había entusiasmado a ir porque mi amiga Flor iba de viaje, así que ni estaba pendiente.
Por cosas del destino (y de la configuración de mi Instagram), me enteré de que esa misma noche iba a comenzar la fiesta, por lo que solo bastaron dos mensajes para ponernos de acuerdo y ¡Salir de fiesta! Nos reímos muchísimo porque no fue problema irnos a la feria, ya que vivo cerca del sitio convocado.
As far as I knew, the fair was going to be on Friday; I wasn't excited about going because my friend Flor was going on a trip, so I wasn't even paying attention. As fate would have it (and thanks to my Instagram settings), I found out that the party was going to start that same night, so it only took two messages for us to agree and go out partying! We laughed a lot because it wasn't a problem for us to go to the fair, since I live near the venue.
Esa noche, estaría dividida en dos aspectos principales: la feria ganadera y los espectáculos.
De lado de la feria, me quedé impresionada por el "estilo" que existe en todas las personas involucradas en este mundo. Los hombres y mujeres tienen ropa característica del llano como camisas de cuadros, sombreros, botas de cuero, cinturones y todos muy a la moda 💯.
That night would be divided into several parts: the livestock fair and the shows. On the fair side, I was impressed by the “style” that exists in everyone involved in this world. The men and women wear clothing characteristic of the plains, such as plaid shirts, hats, leather boots, belts, and all very fashionable.
Lo bueno de andar con mi compañera Flor, es que ella tiene muchos conocimientos sobre el área vacuno y ganadera, por lo que pasamos varios minutos allí, mientras yo fotografiaba, ella me hablaba de todos los ejemplares, como por ejemplo, que el hijo de la vaca no se llama becerro sino ternero 😋. Me encantó ese recorrido.
The great thing about walking with my colleague Flor is that she knows a lot about cattle and livestock, so we spent several minutes there while I took photos and she told me about all the animals, such as how a cow's offspring is not called a calf but a calf 😋. I loved that tour.
Los que más disfrutaban eran los niños, pero creo que el público en general estaba emocionado viendo todo y fotografiando. De los animales pudimos apreciar los caballos, vacas, toros, ponis, cerdos, gallos, convirtieron la plaza en una verdadera granja de contacto. Lo único que no me agradó y no entiendo, es la marca que le hacen a los animales porque deben sufrir muchísimo 💔.
Además, la feria no se limitaba solo a los animales, este año incluyeron los productos que ayudan a que estos campos y su ganado se encuentren en óptimas condiciones. No dudé en fotografiarme con este montacargas ¡Visualizando el dinero! 🤑:
The children enjoyed it the most, but I think the general public was excited to see everything and take pictures. Among the animals, we saw horses, cows, bulls, ponies, pigs, and roosters, turning the square into a real petting zoo. The only thing I didn't like and don't understand is the branding they do to the animals because they must suffer a lot 💔. In addition, the fair was not limited to animals; this year they included products that help keep these fields and their livestock in optimal condition. I didn't hesitate to take a picture with this forklift, visualizing the money! 🤑:
También los productos derivados de los animales fueron protagonistas; sin embargo, quise comprarlos directamente de los proveedores, pero solo era haciendo propaganda. Con todo lo visto, lo que provoca es agarrar sus ahorros e irse al campo a criar y vivir con la naturaleza, porque esos animales se veían mejor tratado que un humano 😆:
Animal products were also prominent; however, I wanted to buy them directly from the suppliers, but it was just propaganda. After seeing all this, it makes you want to take your savings and go to the countryside to raise animals and live with nature, because those animals looked better treated than humans 😆:
Otro espectáculo novedoso de la feria, fueron las premiaciones. En esta oportunidad, hicieron varias categorías, donde mostraban sus ejemplares y lo que hacen en sus granjas. Lamentablemente, no pudimos ver mucho por la muchedumbre que había, pero sé que los premios fueron sustanciosos y los asistentes disfrutaron de la exposición:
Another new feature of the fair was the awards ceremony. This time, there were several categories, where participants showed off their animals and what they do on their farms. Unfortunately, we couldn't see much because of the crowd, but I know that the prizes were substantial and the attendees enjoyed the exhibition:
El espectáculo musical
Toda feria, debe estar acompañada de buena música. En esta edición, eran 4 días de fiestas: una noche de juventud, con los principales exponentes de lo que conocemos como "las batallas de gallo", y las demás noches llaneras, que es nuestra música típica y que el año pasado fue un éxito total.
Sin embargo, la primera noche me confundí todita. Había leído que el grupo era "Renovación vallenata" y yo emocionada, porque me sé muchas de sus canciones.
Bueno, el grupo era "Renacer vallenato", que solo me sé una canción y lo descubrí allí 😆.
Pero, déjenme decirles que lo disfrute ¡DEMASIADO! Porque la gente bailaba, cantaba, aplaudía y como yo me dejo llevar, me contagié de la mejor vibra 💯.
Esa noche no entiendo como hacen, pero estaba demasiado full; la razón la descubrí después, y es que estaría "El heredero", que es el que canta:
"Suave que no resisto tanto cariño... No me hagas cucharita en la madrugada...", la popular COQUETA, que se hizo viral en la red de TikTok, pero como no soy su seguidora, lo que hice fue recibirlo, ya era la medianoche y al otro día tenía responsabilidades laborales, por lo que nos vinimos antes de que sonara la canción que todos esperaban.
Al venir en el camino llegando a casa, sonó "Coqueta" 🙃.
The musical show Every fair must be accompanied by good music. This year's edition featured four days of festivities: one night for young people, with the leading exponents of what we know as “las batallas de gallo” (cockfights), and the other nights for llanera music, which is our traditional music and was a huge success last year. However, on the first night, I got completely confused. I had read that the group was “Renovación vallenata” and I was excited because I know many of their songs. Well, the group was “Renacer vallenato,” and I only know one song by them, which I discovered there. Nevertheless, let me tell you that I enjoyed it SO MUCH! Because people were dancing, singing, applauding, and since I let myself go, I was infected with the best vibes 💯.
That night, I don't understand how they do it, but it was too crowded; I found out the reason later, and it was because “El heredero” was there, who sings: “Suave que no resisto tanto cariño... No me hagas cucharita en la madrugada...” (Take it easy, I can't take so much love... Don't spoon me in the early hours of the morning...), the popular COQUETA, which went viral on TikTok, but since I'm not a fan, I just welcomed him. It was already midnight and I had work responsibilities the next day, so we left before the song everyone was waiting for came on. On the way home, “Coqueta” came on.
En conclusión, la pasamos superbién, disfrutamos de los espacios de la feria y espero que estos eventos se sigan haciendo para la diversión de todas las familias y el impulso de la economía con estas iniciativas. Un punto a resaltar, es el del cuidado policial y de atención de salud, que eso ayuda a que las personas acudan tranquilas y confiadas a este tipo de espectáculos 💯 .
