De Cumpleaños 🎂🎉🥳🎁 una persona muy especial para mí! [ESP-ENG]

Hola queridos amigos de Hive account@family&Friends paso por aquí para saludarlos y deseando se encuentren muy bien y disfrutando en el calor de su hogar y junto a su bella familia.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes que está de cumpleaños una persona muy especial para mí, ella es mi jefa, es la directora de la Escuela donde trabajo. Ahí estoy con ella desde hace ya 2 años y les puedo decir que desde el día uno que llegue a la escuela hicimos una excelente amistad.

La profe Marlene es un ser humano maravilloso, es una persona súper humilde, noble, cariñosa, bondadosa, amable, educada, ética y profesional, con una calidad de vocación por su profesión, la docencia, la cual admiro, siempre buscando el bienestar de sus estudiantes, a pesar de muchas veces no contar con las herramientas y muchas veces sacrificando su propio bienestar.

Ahora bien yo soy secretaria en la escuela donde trabajo, Pero habemos 6 secretarias en total, entonces como hacer en un lugar de trabajo donde realmente no hay volumen de actividades administrativas por hacer, pero si hay un montón de cosas que hacer para mantener la operativas de la misma. Bueno desde el día uno que entre a la escuela hicimos tan bonita relación que yo pasé a ser algo especie de su asistente personal, claro yo tenía el carro, ella con tantas carencias en la escuela, nos tocó hacer de todo para cubrir un monton de necesidades que existían en la escuela, como pedir ayudas, hacer rifas y buscar solventar todo lo que pudiéramos en función siempre de mantener en la medida que podíamos la operatividad de la escuela.

Mis padres tuvieron durante muchos años una ferretería y mi esposo también viene de familia comerciantes, entonces me conoce mucha gente, así que era más fácil salir a la calle y pedir ayuda y conseguir, además de que tengo esa falicilidez de pedir, ella si me decía que no le gustaba pedir, pero lo teníamos que hacer por el bienestar de la escuela.

Con eso conseguimos 2 premios para hacer una rifa y solventar situaciones como comprar un cable que nos habían robado y teníamos 5 meses sin electricidad en la mitad de la escuela y comprar una corneta que necesitábamos para las actividades, también buscábamos en las panaderías refrigerios para cubrir cada actividad que teníamos en la escuela. Hacíamos ferias vendiendo dulces y sopas para recolectar dinero para cubrir gastos como de la promoción.

Buscábamos como donación agua potable, así como hielo para tener en la escuela para la hidratación en cada actividad. Material de oficina en dos establecimientos los cuales son propiedad del padrino de mi hermano y yo me valía de la confianza y pedía esa ayuda.

Todas esas cosas por las que nos tocó pasar para cubrir cada actividad que exigía el ministerio de educación nos hicieron tener un vínculo muy bonito y sólido.

Lamentablemente hace 1 semana la profe Marlene renunció al cargo de directora, pues ya no aguanto con tanta presión sobretodo por el tema político, porque estamos claras que su vocación y servicio por sus estudiantes esa parte es indestructible.

Pero hoy en día la educación también está politizada y muchas veces vale más una foto que el verdadero amor por educar.

Que Dios la Bendiga Profe Marlene y que cumplas muchos años más y que el Sr. siga derramando sobre ti lluvia de Bendiciones y Éxitos en todo lo que te propongas, a dónde vayas siempre serás bien recibida, pues irradias luz y eso te acompañará siempre. La quiero un montón y fue un placer trabajar con usted y gracias por dejar unido ese equipo de trabajo que pudo hacer con todo el personal de la institución. Dios le Bendiga siempre.

Today I want to share with you that it is the birthday of a very special person for me, she is my boss, she is the director of the School where I work. I have been with her there for 2 years now and I can tell you that from the day I arrived at school we made an excellent friendship.

Professor Marlene is a wonderful human being, she is a super humble, noble, loving, kind, kind, educated, ethical and professional person, with a quality of vocation for her profession, teaching, which I admire, always seeking the well-being of their students, despite often not having the tools and often sacrificing their own well-being.

Now I am a secretary at the school where I work, but there are 6 secretaries in total, so what do we do in a workplace where there is really no volume of activities to do, but there are a lot of things to do throughout the school. Well, from day one when I entered school we had such a beautiful relationship that I became something special for her personal assistant, of course I had the car, she with so many shortcomings at school, we had to do everything to cover a lot of needs that existed in the school, such as asking for help, holding raffles and seeking to solve everything we could, always in order to maintain the operation of the school to the extent we could.

My parents had a hardware store for many years and my husband also comes from a family of merchants, so a lot of people know me, so it was easier to go out on the street and ask for help and get it, plus I have to be that easy-going, if she told me that He didn't like to ask, but we had to do it for the well-being of the school.

With that we got 2 prizes to do a raffle and solve situations such as buying a cable that had been stolen from us and we had 5 months without electricity in the middle of school and buying a bugle that we needed for the activities, we also looked in the bakeries for snacks to cover every activity we had at school. We held fairs selling sweets and soups to raise money to cover expenses such as promotion.

We were looking for drinking water as a donation, as well as ice to have at school for hydration during each activity. Office supplies in two establishments which are owned by my brother's godfather and I used the trust and asked for that help.

All those things that we had to go through to cover each activity that the Ministry of Education required made us have a very nice and solid bond.

Unfortunately, 1 week ago, teacher Marlene resigned from the position of director, because she can no longer stand so much pressure, especially due to the political issue, because we are clear that her vocation and service for her students is indestructible.

But nowadays education is also politicized and many times a photo is worth more than the true love of educating.
