Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como fue nuestra celebración de fin de año y como la pasamos este último día. Este año quisimos salir de lo tradicional y decidimos no hacer plato navideño, por lo menos no el común, propusimos varias opciones y los niños decidieron que fuera pasticho, plátano horneado y pues como la vida se trata de hacer cambios, procedimos a conseguir los ingredientes para hacer un pasticho, mi esposo fue el el encargado de su elaboración, mi cuñada lo ayudó a preparar en casa de mi suegra, así como los plátanos horneados, pan con ajo y adicional preparó unas lentejas para comer cuando partiera el año.
Yo por mi parte me encargue de hacer la torta y el quesillo y cuando el pasticho estuvo armado, mi cuñada se vino a la casa para irnos a dar el último baño de playa junto con los muchachos.
La playa estaba divina, hicimos nuestro ritual de limpieza, agradecimos por todo lo bueno y le pedimos al universo y al año 2024 que se llevara todo lo malo y que nos Bendijera regalándonos mucha SALUD para así poder cumplir todos nuestros objetivos en el 2025.
Luego regresamos a casa, nos alistamos, montamos todo en el carro y nos fuimos a casa de mi suegra, ya mi cuñada se había adelantado para montar la mesa y esperarnos a los que llegábamos más adelante.
Preparamos los platos y nos sentamos a comer, está vez cenamos a las 10pm, el 24 cenamos casi a las 11pm, pero claro ya habiamos adelantado en casa con una tortilla de pescado. Además tuvimos que reorganizar las mesas porque empezo a llover y se mojo todo en la mesa.
Una vez terminamos de cenar, los niños se pusieron a prender estrellitas, tirar trakitraki y echar broma y los adultos teníamos una conversación muy amena, haciendo el tiempo para dar el feliz año.
El tiempo se pasó demasiado rápido y cuando nos dimos cuenta ya estaban anunciado en la radio las 12 campanadas.
Este año no compramos uvas nos pareció muy caras y éramos 12 personas, no lo creímos necesario, está vez mi cuñada preparó unas lentejas que le quedaron divinas y entonces hicimos el ritual de la abundancia con lentejas, por supuesto pidiendo el primer deseo mucha Salud.
Llegamos al acuerdo que si este año Dios lo permite una vez que cenemos, nos vamos a ir a la playa a recibir el año, estuvo muy bonito todo y muchas personas partieron el año en la arena y dandose su primer baño de playa.
Y fue así amigos como este año como todos los años nos reunimos donde mi suegra, está vez como sorpresa los sobrinos que vivieron a pasar navidades con mi cuñada, también vino mi mamá y así entre conversa, tomandonos un vino y en buena compañía recibimos con los brazos abiertos un nuevo año, a la espera de que sea el mejor y traiga la abundancia y la prosperidad que necesitamos para seguir con la mejor actitud.

Then we returned home, got ready, put everything in the car and went to my mother-in-law's house, my sister-in-law had already gone ahead to set up the table and wait for those of us who arrived later.
We prepared the dishes and sat down to eat, this time we had dinner at 10pm, on the 24th we had dinner almost at 11pm, but of course we had already made progress at home with a fish omelette. We also had to rearrange the tables because it started to rain and everything on the table got wet.
Once we finished dinner, the children started lighting stars, throwing trakitraki and making jokes and the adults had a very pleasant conversation, taking time to say happy new year.
The time passed too quickly and when we realized it, the 12 bells were already announced on the radio.
This year we did not buy grapes, they seemed very expensive and we were 12 people, we did not think it was necessary, this time my sister-in-law prepared some lentils that were divine and then we did the ritual of abundance with lentils, of course making the first wish for a lot of Health.
We reached an agreement that if this year God allows it, once we have dinner, we are going to go to the beach to receive the new year, everything was very nice and many people started the year in the sand and taking their first beach swim.
