On your wedding day, you'll be like a celebrity, people will struggle to take selfies with you and your spouse, you'll be a mini celebrity on that day.
There will be excitement and jubilation in the air.
A crowd of People will gather to celebrate with you.
Some People will come with gifts, some without gifts, but you won't be alone that day
In a few hours time, the wedding will be over, and you'll find yourself alone with the person you chose to say I DO to.
Your parents will go back home.
Your friends will go back to their house.
Even the pastors that joined you both won't go home with you
All the glamour and the paparazzi will be gone.
Then it'll you and your spouse.
If you married to please your Mother, remember, she won't live with you.
If you married to prove a point to your friends, they won't live with you.
If you married that person solely because Pastor suggested them to you, you'll be all alone.
Marriage is YOU and your SPOUSE .
Don't marry because People tell you "you look good together"
Don't marry because everybody is marrying.
Marry because YOU are READY and you met someone who is Ready and is the WILL OF GOD FOR YOU
After our wedding day, we came back home, it was only I and my wife, all our family, friends and loved ones are all gone home, I told my wife, this is between you and I and we must make it work by all means.
This is two person from two different family coming together to live as one, but thank God we are four years in this beautiful journey with two beautiful kids.
