Konnichiwa , Annyeonghaseyo, Buen día, Good day hives ! How's everyone I hope you all having a great day, Today I will be sharing with all of you our team building we headed in HK resort in Moalboal
Our CEO is organizing a team building for us where we can restart and rebuild our connection towards our officemate.
In the year 2021, I applied for the sales admin position and gladly within a week, I received a text message stating that I was hired from then until July 2024.
I worked four in the afternoon and my out was ten in the evening since I was a student, so the company gave me the privilege to work while I was studying at that time.
My bosses were so kind and understanding in my situation, but I need to resign since I passed the entrance exam at Cebu Technological University so I must choose between working or pursuing what I started.
So my husband wanted me to finish what I started which I will continue my studies, So I passed a resignation to our Human resources office until it reached our boss, and that day my boss called me to talk about the resignation that I should render for 1 month until they can find someone to replace my position.
Before I left the office my boss organised a farewell party for me so we travelled from Naga where our office is located and also assembled at the office, to Moalboal Masako.
since our boss already booked 3 rooms, one is exclusive for our boss's family and the other 2 is for the staff which includes the family and kids,also my boss book a two days and one night reservation so that we can enjoy our team building.
So first we just eat our lunch since we arrived in the resort is around eleven in the morning so we prepared the food and drinks,also our boss ordered a Lechon (grilled pork) then we put the banner.
Then we took photos together with our Team building uniform with the AGM logo where stand for All Goods Marketing actually that time when we arrived the only person that I see excited about the said team building was son.
I bring my son with me since it was okay with my boss they also bring their kids,so the kids was swimming and eating ,playing with the sand that was our first day.
In the next day me and my son,we wake up too early,so we just go out to avoid noise since our roommate are still asleep.so we go to the beach and my son took some photos of me and also I took photos of him.
We really had fun that time,after that we took photos together I decided to cook breakfast so that when they awake they have something to eat since everyone are so tired on the other day,almost of my office mate wake up around twelve in the afternoon so our boss decided that we just do whatever we want and we are going to continue our team building tomorrow.
So we decided to just sat down on the sand and talked about work and life,they also advice me on what to do, they congratulate me on passing the entrance exam and they give me their blessing that I will surpass the college life.
After that we wait the sunset so that we can swim since my office mate are really contious on their skin. But my son is really enjoying our outing and that's what matter for me.
In the evening,I take Ace to sleep first since my office mate wanted us to make a moment at the beach after ace get to sleep I immediately join the group we're they started talking and laughing,while I was walking towards them,I will gonna miss this circle we're people had different attitudes and life perspectives.
But I get to room early since I don't drink alcohol and My Ace was at the room sleeping.after I reached the room,I also take a rest for tommorrow.
The last day of our team building,we are going to see sardines run and turtle viewing,my boss pay a tourist guide but the tourist guide said to our boss that we are going to ride a boat since we have kids.
But when we arrived in the location there's no boat at all but a Life jackets at they just wants us to swim and they will guide us to where the sardines run and turtle is.
My boss mode really change that time she is so devastated that we been scam,but we convinced her that it wasgoing to be fun, but we were a little bit scared because the waves were big at that time.
But we enjoyed our outing that time. I was also amazed by the sardines' run they looked amazing when the fish were swimming together I saw different kinds of fish with different colours.
also, I had a chance to view the turtle since the tourist guide said that day that the turtle was so hard to find since the waves were big.
But the most amazing was I got the chance to see the creations of god together with my son and I thank my boss for that wonderful experience even though there were some bad circumstances and misunderstandings that happened that day we managed to enjoy that outing.
