We attended the procession at dawn and we woke up early for this. Being with this special moment with my family was a happy time of mine. We arrived late at the church and they started to pray but the thing is they didn't start the procession. It was time when we arrived, we waited for a while then it started. There were already a lot of people who arrived early but there were also some of the late comers hahahah like us.
We were holding the 2 saints of Mama Mary, so we bought candles and a rose. In a procession candles are really important it serves as a light when we are walking and a sign of our faith and guidance.
As we returned back to the church, we were greeted by a full moon. It was very bright and that made the devotees take a picture of it.
We went inside to the church because after the procession the mass would get started.
These are the candle wax dripped on my dress, and this is all that I removed.
The devotees started putting the saint of mama Mary on the front.
These are all the red roses that we got in our front yard. My mom thought that this was the best flower we gave to mama Mary.
We also took a group picture, and it's always the 4 of us. It's rare that my father would go with us.
Then I got to see my friends and so I took a picture of her. She looks pretty with her green dress.
We then took a picture with mama mary, and these are all the flowers given to her from the devotees. It looks colorful and pleasing to the eyes.
