Hi there, everyone! It’s me, Rhea again, and today I am going to share the continuation of my blog the other day, I hope you enjoy reading this blog thanks!
And now finally it was our last day of preparing for our party. By the way our party starts at 4 in the afternoon. And so anyway early in the morning we then started to decorate our venue. First we decorated our backdrop with this pretty foil curtain. By the way we bought this foil curtain from the physical store and it was pretty cheap.
Since it was almost 9 in the morning, my nanay offered us a coffee so that our stomach won’t hurt huhu she’s so sweet.
Anyway while sipping coffee, our hands are also busy too. We managed to decorate our backdrop and even our hanging Christmas tree if you look closely hehe.
We also made this amazing handmade Photo Booth hehe. Anyway here’s my cousin trying our Photo Booth.
After that we then made the other decorations. And after an hour we are finally done with the rest of our decorations. Our neighbors also helped us to make the venue by the way.
Since I am the head organizer, I then arranged the awards and the prizes near the hanging Christmas tree.
After arranging and organizing the awards, we decided to go home since it is now 12 noon and so that we could get ready for our dresses and ootd lol.After that, I immediately went to the venue to organize the event. And to arrange the foods and the presents.
Anyway here’s my parents trying our photobooth hahaha cute.
Minutes later and the people are keep coming and bought their pledged goods.
Anyway at exactly 4:35 we then started our program. The program really went smoothly and they’re very happy with our program.
By the way I am in charged for the exchange gifts.
First things first, we then gave our visitors an icebreaker, we let them dance and play some of them won some money and other prizes.
While I was there and watching them play the games that we prepared, I can tell that they enjoyed it and since I am one of the organizers I am so satisfied and so happy that our plan worked well.
After the 1st set of the games, we then had our dinner. I didn’t took a picture since I am so busy controlling the crowd hehe.Hours passed and we continued with our games and awards until we finished our 6 sets of games lol. The kids and the adults were so happy with the prizes like I can see it in their faces.
After the games we then proceeded with our exchange gifts. Here’s what I received by the way hehe.
I am so beyond thankful and proud that our plan and our work is successfully completed and that our work has been paid off. I am also thankful for my co-officers for the job well done and for making the event so enjoyable and fun. I hope next time soon we can have some fun and more exciting activities for our year end Christmas party.
