Love continues to grow in our family (English/Spanish)

A loving greeting to all my Hive friends, it gives me pleasure to be again in the beautiful community Family & Friends sharing with you another beautiful moments with my dear people. This time it's about another magical moment with my girls from the Yoga group, yesterday we met at home after several weeks without seeing each other.

The most beautiful thing about this meeting is that the girls told me how much they missed this space, it really lifts my spirits to know that sharing by my side, moving together, stretching and talking together is as good for them as it is for me, because I really missed them. And that beautiful energy that we share when we are moving is truly restorative.

The last few weeks I have been a bit down in the mood, I try to be well but some health issues had affected me. That is also why I had not been able to meet with her in our space of "Movement and Wellness" but the reunion was comforting. I am very grateful for the presence of these little girls and their families in my life, they always give me back hope in humanity and the desire to move forward.

They are my friends and my family, because that healing power of love you only get with people with whom you have an important bond. When we do not share in the yoga activities we surely meet in the park or at home, we have woven a support network in which when they need something at home they do not hesitate to come to us and vice versa. I value very much this family that grows stronger and stronger every day.

It gives me great pleasure to share with you this beautiful experience and I hope to continue developing this beautiful activity with my girls, as it is undoubtedly one of the best. For now I leave you these beautiful pictures hoping you enjoy them. Best regards, see you next time.

El amor sigue creciendo en nuestra familia (Ingles/Español)

Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive, me da gusto estar nuevamente en la hermosa comunidad Family & Friends compartiendo con ustedes otro hermoso momentos con mi gente querida. Esta vez se trata de otro de los mágicos momentos con mis niñas del grupo de Yoga, el día de ayer nos reunimos en casa después de varias semanas sin vernos.

Lo más hermoso de este encuentro es que las niñas me manifestaron lo mucho que echaban de menos este espacio, me sube mucho el ánimo saber que compartir a mi lado, movernos juntas, estirarnos y conversar les hacer igual de bien a ellas que mí, porque realmente yo las echaba de menos a ellas. Y es que esa hermosa energía que compartimos cuando estamos en movimiento es realmente restauradora.

Las últimas semanas he estado un poco baja de ánimo, trato de estar bien pero algunos aspectos de salud me habían afectado. También por ello no me había podido reunir con ella en nuestro espacio de “Movimiento y bienestar” pero el reencuentro fue reconfortante. Agradezco mucho la presencia de estas pequeñas niñas y sus familias en mi vida, siempre me devuelven la esperanza en la humanidad y las ganas de seguir adelante.

Son mis amigas y mi familia, porque ese poder sanador del amor solo lo consigues con las personas con las que tienes un vínculo importante. Cuando no compartimos en las actividades de yoga seguro nos encontramos en el parque o en la casa, hemos tejido una red de apoyo en la que cuando necesitan algo en sus casas no dudan en acudir a nosotras y viceversa. Valoro mucho esta familia que cada día crece más y se fortalece.

Me da gusto compartir con ustedes esta hermosa experiencia y espero seguir desarrollando esta hermosa actividad con mis niñas, ya que sin duda es una de las mejores. Por ahora les dejo estas hermosas fotos esperando que las disfruten. Un abrazo, hasta la próxima.
