Estimados amigos y amigas de la Plataforma de Hive.Blog quiero compartir este Post que de alguna forma muestra mi profundo agradecimiento a una fiel compañera. Si les dejara esto a su imaginación, en quien pueden pensar?

Desde hace mucho tiempo, hemos pasado días juntos, en momentos alegres y en esos tiempos difíciles, y ha sido allí donde ella se ha acercado a mí y muchas veces sin saber lo que pasaba a su alrededor, ella quería estar conmigo. Cuando le tocaba irse, solo esperaba el nuevo momento de estar conmigo. Estoy hablando de mi pequeña nieta, que a sus 8 años, sigue siendo mi fiel compañera.

Ha mostrado su preocupación hacia mí, en una ocasión, por accidente me golpe una uña, eso sí que duele, acumulo sangre hasta el punto que tuve que sacarla con una pequeña cirugía, ella cuando me vio, me pregunto qué me paso, le conté lo sucedido, y todos los días me preguntaba cómo me sentía, si me dolía, se convierto en mi enfermera y cuidadora.

Cuando andamos todos de paseo quiere estar junto a mí, y si salgo de compra, si voy a entregar algunos productos, me acompaña, eso sin importar que tal vez ella venga de su casa o del colegio, de su clase de danza o viola. Tengo que preguntarle algunas veces, si está cansada, y su respuesta es, “ no abuelo, quiero acompañarte”.

Como saben o si no pueden enterarse, soy químico y actualmente Fabrico Productos de Limpieza, ella quería que le enseñara a fabricar los productos y así ayudarme, le explique que por ser productos químicos los que se usan, había que tener cuidado, y me aseguro que así lo haría, ha sido tanta su insistencia que permití que me ayudara a fabricar un Gel Anti-bacterial, uno de los productos más sencillo, quedo tan emocionada al obtener el producto final que quería estar en todo, eso por supuesto no es viable, por ser pequeña y su cuidado, pero vez tras vez insistía. Tuve que nombrarla, la encargada de anotar los pedidos de los clientes.

Esta jovencita, no compite con mis otros nietos, esos si tiene ella, no es celosa, más bien ánima a que se porten bien, pareciera que sabe que no tiene quien la reemplace. Claro yo también debo corresponder a su cariño y fidelidad, por esa razón no me pierdo ninguna de sus actividades, en el colegio, o en su participación en el Teatro, soy unos de los primeros en llegar, cuando hay que mostrar entradas a alguno de esos eventos, ella le recuerda a su mama que retire la mía.

En unos de esos eventos ella estaba en una coreografía de baile, que emoción fue eso para mí, al verla en ese escenario y cuando las presentaban se me ocurrió en saludarla desde mi asiento y sorpresa, me vio y me saludo también, que emoción para mi, y al final, la sorprendí a ella, pues al terminar todo, subí al escenario y le lleve un pequeño presente y una flor, que gran alegría.

Estimados amigos y amigas, por esas o tras muchas razones y con el amor que tengo a mis otros tres nietos, ella se ha convertido en mi fiel compañera. Tengamos presente esto, valoremos a nuestros amigos, y estrechemos siempre esos lazos de unión, más allá si son familiares, cuando nos apoyamos unos a otros las cosas serán fáciles de llevar y enfrentar, habrá motivos de alegrarnos a ver como ellos nos muestran su fidelidad, busquemos esos momentos de demostarlo. For a long time, we have spent days together, in joyful moments and in those difficult times, and it has been there where she has approached me and many times without knowing what was going on around her, she wanted to be with me.

When it was her turn to leave, she was just waiting for the new moment to be with me. I am talking about my little granddaughter, who at 8 years old, is still my faithful companion.

She has shown her concern towards me, on one occasion, I accidentally hit a nail, that really hurts, it accumulated blood to the point that I had to remove it with a small surgery, when she saw me, she asked me what happened, I told her what happened, and every day she asked me how I felt, if it hurt, she became my nurse and caregiver. When we all go for a walk she wants to be with me, and if I go shopping, if I go to deliver some products, she accompanies me, no matter that maybe she comes from home or from school, from her dance or viola class. I have to ask her sometimes, if she is tired, and her answer is, "no grandpa, I want to accompany you".

As you know or if you can not find out, I am a chemist and currently I manufacture cleaning products, she wanted me to teach her how to make the products and thus help me, I explained to her that because they are chemical products that are used, it was necessary to be careful, and she assured me that she would do so, she was so insistent that I allowed her to help me make an antibacterial gel, one of the simplest products, she was so excited to get the final product that she wanted to be in everything, that of course is not viable, being small and her care, but time after time she insisted. I had to appoint her, the one in charge of taking down customer orders.

This young girl does not compete with my other grandchildren, those she has, she is not jealous, she encourages them to behave well, it seems that she knows that she has no one to replace her. Of course I must also reciprocate her affection and fidelity, for that reason I do not miss any of her activities, at school, or her participation in the Theater, I am one of the first to arrive, when there are tickets to show for any of these events, she reminds her mother to pick up mine. In one of those events she was in a dance choreography,, what a thrill that was for me, to see her on that stage and when they presented them it occurred to me to greet her from my seat and surprise, she saw me and greeted me too, what a thrill for me, and at the end, I surprised her, because at the end of everything, I went on stage and took her a small present and a flower, what a great joy.

Doear friends, for these or many other reasons and with the love I have for my other three grandchildren, she has become my faithful companion. Let's keep this in mind, let's value our friends, and let's always strengthen those bonds of union, even if they are family, when we support each other things will be easy to carry and face, there will be reasons to rejoice to see how they show us their loyalty, let's look for those moments to show it.
