¡Hola amigos de Hive!
Although I haven't been in Hive for long, this contest seemed interesting to me, since it deals with our grandparents, those who have pampered us since we were little and who have somehow left their mark on our childhood.
Háblanos de tus abuelos, tienes algún recuerdo de infancia con ellos, compártelo con nosotros.
First I want to talk to you about my grandmother who years ago would turn 70 if I'm not mistaken, this photograph is an old memory that we keep in the family because it is the only one we have together with our grandmother she was my great-grandmother on the mother's side and with each grandson had a very special bond.
I remember that as a child he would send me to the grocery store to buy him a cookie every morning to eat it with coffee and milk, and in my ear he would tell me that I should grab the change for myself hehehe and after a while I discovered that he did this with each one of his grandchildren. She had a particular music for each one that she invented, I told my younger sister who also passed away that they had given it to her in a shoe box I think she loved her very much even their names were almost similar my grandmother's name was Delia and my Sister Delianny. They are very good memories that I still keep in my mind.
¿Tienes un abuelo favorito? - Cuéntanos más sobre él/ella, ¿Por qué es o era tu favorito?
I present to you my other grandmother, she is the mother of my mother, I tell you that I do not have any favorite grandmother because each one has something special, my grandmother, now deceased, made a difference because of her occurrences, perhaps because of her old age, but until her last days she was a very cheerful person and made us laugh a lot.
This is my grandmother is still alive thank God I hope she grants her many more years of life, something different that I have towards her is that I don't call her grandmother if not (aunt) my mother tells me that it is because she heard that my cousins They called her aunt, that's why I also call her that. My affection for her is different. I love her very much. She has been the one who has helped us, especially my mother when she most needed a job to support us. My aunt (grandmother) offered her a job in a dining room where she was in charge. To this day, it continues to be the same affection and love, and although I am no longer in my beloved Venezuela, we still maintain communication.
¿Dejarías a tus abuelos en un asilo para ancianos? Si lo harías, cuéntanos ¿Por qué?
Definitely not, because I don't think anyone deserves to be put in a nursing home and abandoned in some way after trying so hard for us. As much as someone has done something wrong, they don't deserve to be abandoned. I think that grandparents are a very nice gift and that they deserve to share with us until the last days of their lives.
> I remember that I had the opportunity to visit a nursing home where I could share with some grandparents and it really made me very nostalgic to see them, some with whom I spoke said that their children did not visit them and it was something so sad because unfortunately they do not know how to value the effort that the parents for giving us the best and then feel that they become a burden to them. ----- -----
Valoremos a nuestros abuelos son el mejor regalo, no los abandonemos y démosle mucho cariño. Recuerda que los años pasan y también seremos ancianos demos lo mejor para recibir buenas recompensas.
Let's value our grandparents they are the best gift, let's not abandon them and give them a lot of love. Remember that the years go by and we will also be old, let's do our best to receive good rewards.
