It was my first ever club experience and will be my last.😆
Hello, Hivers! I'm back again. Have you experienced going to the club with your friends? Well, just let me share with you my experience of how I got into the club and how my night was fun and chaotic.
One of my close friends plans to celebrate her birthday at a club. As a person who has strict parents, I don't know what to do whether I'll tell them the truth or I'll lie. Haha, it was a bad decision I made though. I lied to my parents that we'd celebrate at my friend's house only. Going there was fun and exciting!
As we arrived, we prepared our IDs because no minors were allowed but then upon entering, we were surprised to find that there was no entrance fee at that time, it was free! The bouncers determined that we were not minors anymore but then under some circumstances, I got nervous because I might not enter the club due to my short height. The bouncer felt that I was nervous so he asked for my ID and thankfully they let me enter the club. My friends and I were so nervous at that time.😆
At the bar
The night was quite wild! We kept dancing on the floor while vibing with other people until the night was still wild. We buy hard drinks and some snacks. The drinks were so wild. We were so hyped that we got drunk easily because of how high the alcohol was and the lights in the club made us so dizzy that it added to our drunkenness. It was a gold mojito alcohol.
We bought 3-5 drinks of mojito, some beer, and two sparkling water. As for the snacks called ‘pulutan’ in Bisaya, we bought fries and crackers.
Here comes the chaotic experience
When the clock hit 1 am, my mother called and chatted with me asking where I was and she wanted me to go home immediately because my father was angry. So I convinced my friends that we should go home because my parents had already told me to. But then some of them still wanted to stay and have more fun and then another two of my friends were knocked down and got kicked out by the bouncers because they were concerned they would puke on the sofa inside. So we took care of them a bit and attempted to convince them to leave the bar sober.
But when I got back inside, my other friends were so loud, that they began shouting and yelling to one another about where are their belongings and who was the last time holding them. I tried to calm them down and we tried to find it but then again there were so many people that someone might have gotten their belongings already. Come to think of it, it started raining heavily at that time and our mode of transportation was a motorcycle. We didn’t get any raincoats and umbrellas. That time I didn't know what to do. I'm nervous because it's my first time going home at dawn. We kept looking, and the things that we lost were an iPhone, an Android phone, 2 wallets with money inside, and a spyder helmet. In the end, we give up because we know there's no chance we can still find it due to overcrowded people.
The rain didn't stop so we had no choice but to go home even if we got wet because our parents had already called us home. On our way home it was quite scary and dangerous because the road was so dark and the rain was pouring down. There was one time we didn't notice that we drove to the side of the lane and our speed at that time was 80 mph. We got a bit nervous but luckily no cars were passing by.
Fast forward to when we arrived at our house, we were still pointing fingers at one another. Luckily my belongings and some of my friend’s belongings are still safe. The next day, we gathered all at my friend's house, and we tried to contact the management of the uptown club to see if we could check their CCTV. Unfortunately, they told us they can't give any footage because it's their privacy and we don't have any formal request. Also, in the first place, it's not their problem anymore because it's in their rules that customers should be responsible for their belongings. So we accept that their belongings won't be back and it's a lesson to us to secure our belongings.
that's the end of my chaotic experience. I hope you enjoyed reading it. It's a reminder to always secure your belongings wherever you go so you won't be like us. HAHA. See you on my next blog. Adios! Mwah 😘 SPREAD POSITIVITY AND LOVE!!♡
