I'm officially on vacation and that's how things started, with a day at the pool with all my friends and co-workers since we went on collective vacations because we work at a school and the holidays arrived summer for all All the staff went to enjoy the first day of vacation at an inn called "Posada Las Marites", it is a place that almost all of us chose to go to because we had heard that it was a nice and pleasant place to spend the day.

It has ample parking and security, a great point in favor, it also has beautiful green areas, lots of vegetation, an events room, kitchen, bathrooms and the best, its area of ​​​​the pool. Obviously the pool and the kitchen are what mattered most to us because they were what we needed to have a good time. We brought everything to prepare a meal for about 70 people, so we went well prepared. As soon as the music began to play, people woke up and let's go! Straight into the water!

Everywhere you could hear laughter, shouts, people smiling and enjoying everyone's company for the first time since sharing Christmas since not all of us have the same schedules, for example There are primary school teachers who work in the morning and there are high school teachers who work in the afternoon, and each shift has its administrative staff and workers. We are all a good team and we know each other but we cannot share day by day, that is why these celebrations are so special because we can get together to talk, laugh, dance, eat, play and take lots of photos.

Because of my old skin problems, I am not a sun lover at all, I love these outdoor activities but I better stay in the shade and well protected. I was in charge of serving the GUARAPITA (which is a traditional Venezuelan drink and is a mixture of fruit juice with alcohol, in this case, mango and white rum), taking a lot of photos, and basically socializing with all my friends that I hadn't seen in a while. . I am happy with life, first of all because I am surrounded by so many beautiful people, friends that I found in this workplace who have made everything easier for me and I really feel very comfortable with everyone even when I am the newest. With each of these people I have created a special bond and for that I feel very lucky.

And second, although I never say this, I was happy to have some time for myself and my friends, distract myself without the constant worry of having my daughters with me. For a long time I wanted to go out, distract myself, do something that didn't include them because I feel exhausted all the time, I wanted to relax and enjoy the start of my vacation because it was a year of work with a lot of pressure, stress, and all the burden of the end of the school year. I wanted to have some time for myself, to laugh, to savor a well-deserved recognition from our directors for so much effort during this school year. I really missed spending time with my friends and just enjoying their company.

And here I am with the funniest girls, some primary school teachers including my daughter Marcela's teacher. With them everything is laughs, they are the funniest and most witty, they always have something to say and spending time with them is spending happy time, they are one of those friends that I look for when I have a bad day and I have always felt a lot of support from their part also to comply with all that they demand academically, they have never denied me their help and I value that very much.

The menu was rib soup, I didn't include myself in that department because it's not my thing, but the workers took care of everything and it was very good, while the gentlemen prepared everything, the ladies played dominoes in the comfort of the living room. And I tell you, my partner and I won a good number of games, we are the champions but of dominoes because we lost in the Truco against the men hahaha. But the truth was it was quite fun, we had never played together and I loved it.

The crazy teachers, as I tell them, also livened things up with a batch of Karaoke, it was actually a war between three of them and that was the best part of it all, we laughed out loud , each one with their show and characteristic personality that really makes anyone laugh, danced, imitated, and made us sing a few rancheras at the top of our lungs. I love having these friends and co-workers, they make everything flow, everything is less heavy, they make you want to be there and share more with everyone.

I thought that everything was perfect, the place, the food, the drinks, the weather and best of all, the company. It was all quite fun, thanks to each of my friends and co-workers for being so special and making me feel part of the team, part of the family, for showing me your appreciation, your respect, your support, your friendship and giving your best. yes on every day so that everything works well always. I feel pleased that my vacations have started in this way, I take your laughs and jokes as memories with me and I know that next time it will be better.

Oficialmente estoy de vacaciones y así comenzó la cosa, con un día de piscina junto a todos mis amigos y compañeros de trabajo ya que salimos de vacaciones colectivas porque trabajamos en un colegio y llegaron las vacaciones de verano para todos. Todo el personal se fue a disfrutar del primer día de vacaciones a una posada llamada "Posada Las Marites", es un lugar al que casi todos escogimos ir porque habíamos oído que era un lugar bonito y agradable para pasar el día.

Cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento y seguridad, un gran punto a favor, también cuenta con lindas áreas verdes, mucha vegetación, un salón de eventos, cocina, baños y lo mejor, su área de la piscina. Obviamente la piscina y la cocina es lo que mas nos importaba porque era lo que necesitábamos para pasarla bien, nosotros llevamos todo para preparar una comida para unas 70 personas así que fuimos bien preparados. Apenas comenzó a sonar la música la gente despertó y vamos! Directo al agua!

Por todos lados se escuchaban las risas, los gritos, la gente sonriendo y disfrutando de la compañía de todos por primera vez desde el compartir de navidad ya que no todos tenemos los mismos horarios, por ejemplo hay maestras de la primaria que trabajan en la mañana y hay profesores del liceo que trabajan por las tardes, y cada turno tiene su personal administrativos y sus obreros. Todos somos un buen equipo y nos conocemos pero no podemos compartir día a día, por eso estas celebraciones son tan especiales porque podemos juntarnos para conversar, reír, bailar, comer, jugar y tomarnos muchas fotos.

Por mis antiguos problemas de piel yo no soy nada amante del sol, estas actividades al aire libre me encantan pero mejor me mantengo en la sombra y bien protegida. Me encargué de servir la GUARAPITA (que es una bebida tradicional venezolana y es una mezcla de jugo de frutas con alcohol, en este caso, mango y ron blanco), tomar muchas fotos, y básicamente socializar con todos mis amigos que hace rato no veía. Yo feliz de la vida, primero por estar rodeada de tanta gente bonita, amigos y amigas que encontré en este lugar de trabajo que me han hecho todo más fácil y de verdad que me siento muy a gusto con todos aún cuando soy la mas nueva. Con cada una de estas personas he creado un vinculo especial y por eso me siento muy afortunada.

Y segundo, aunque nunca digo esto, estaba feliz de tener un tiempo para mí y mis amigos, distraerme sin tener la constante preocupación de tener a mis hijas conmigo. Desde hace mucho quería salir, distraerme, hacer algo que no las incluyera porque todo el tiempo me siento agotada, quería relajarme y disfrutar del inicio de mis vacaciones porque fue un año de trabajo con bastante presión, estress, y toda la carga del fin del año escolar. Deseaba tener un rato para mi, para reír, para saborear un merecido reconocimiento de nuestros directivos por tanto esfuerzo durante este año escolar. Me hacia mucha falta pasar tiempo con mis amigos y simplemente disfrutar de su compañía.

Y aquí estoy con las chicas mas divertidas, algunas maestras de primaria incluida la maestra de mi hija Marcela. Con ellas todo es risas, son de lo mas graciosas y ocurrentes, siempre tienen algo que decir y pasar tiempo con ellas es pasar tiempo feliz, son de esas amigas a las que busco cuando tengo un mal día y siempre he sentido mucho apoyo de su parte también para cumplir con toda lo que exigen académica-mente, nunca me han negado su ayuda y eso lo valoro mucho.

El menú era sopa de costillas, en ese departamento no me incluí porque no es lo mio, pero los obreros se encargaron de todo y quedo muy bueno, mientras los caballeros preparaban todo, las damas jugábamos dominó en la comodidad del salón. Y les digo, mi compañera y yo ganamos una buena cantidad de juegos, somos las campeonas pero del dominó porque perdimos en el Truco contra los hombres jajaja. Pero la verdad fue bastante divertido, nunca habíamos jugado juntos y me encantó.

Las maestras locas, como les digo yo, también animaron las cosas con una tanda de Karaoke, en realidad fue una guerra entre tres de ellas y fue la mejor parte de todo, nos reímos a carcajadas, cada una con su show y personalidad característica que de verdad, le sacan risas a cualquiera, bailaron, imitaron, y nos hicieron cantar a todo pulmón unas cuantas rancheras. Me encanta tener a estas amigas y compañeras de trabajo, hacen que todo fluya, que todo sea menos pesado te dan ganas de estar y compartir mas con todos.

Me pareció que todo estuvo perfecto, el lugar, la comida, la bebida, el clima y lo mejor de todo, la compañía. Todo fue bastante divertido, gracias a cada uno de mis amigos y compañeros de trabajo por ser tan especiales y hacerme sentir parte del equipo, parte de la familia, por demostrarme su aprecio, su respeto, su apoyo, su amistad y dar lo mejor de sí en cada día para que todo funcione bien siempre. Me siento complacida de que mis vacaciones hayan iniciado de esta forma, me llevo sus risas y chistes de recuerdo conmigo y sé que la próxima vez sera mejor.
