Hola amigos de #Familyandfriends, feliz martes. Hoy quiero mostrarles un poquito de lo que fue la sorpresa que entre todos le pudimos dar a la maestra de mi muchachito 🥰. El pasado viernes celebró un año más de vida y entre todas las mamis del salón nos pusimos de acuerdo para hacerle esta sorpresa; aunque llegar a este acuerdo fue todo un caos porque, ya saben, cada quien tiene una opinión diferente jeje. Aparte no todas dieron el aporte, aunque solo fue un dólar, pero bueno, a veces a uno le falta medio para completar uno, así dice mi abuela jeje. Pero al final, entre todas las que colaboramos, pudimos hacerle este detalle.
Hello #Familyandfriends friends, happy Tuesday. Today I want to show you a little bit of the surprise we all put together for my boy's teacher 🥰. Last Friday she celebrated another year of life, and all the moms in the classroom got together to plan this surprise; although reaching an agreement was total chaos because, you know, everyone has a different opinion lol. Also, not everyone contributed, even though it was only a dollar, but oh well, sometimes you're just a bit short, as my grandma says lol. In the end, those of us who collaborated were able to give her this special gift.
Lo primero que le compramos fueron los materiales de la torta que, gracias a Dios, nos ahorramos la mano de obra porque la mami de una estudiante se encargó de hacerla; de hecho, es la encargada de las tortas desde primer grado jeje. Llevar los materiales unos días antes fue todo un show porque había que dárselos sin que la maestra lo notara jajaja. Para nada, porque el mismo día de la sorpresa un alumno se lo dijo 😂, es decir, tan sorpresa no fue jajaja. Pero bueno, aparte de la torta, le compramos un perfume y un ramito de flores, y adornamos el salón mientras ella estaba en otro salón con los niños; aquí estábamos manos a la obra.
The first thing we bought were the ingredients for the cake. Thank God we saved on labor because one of the students' moms took care of baking it; in fact, she’s been the one in charge of the cakes since first grade lol. Bringing the materials a few days early was quite a production because we had to hand them over without the teacher noticing hahaha. It was all for nothing because on the day of the surprise, a student told her 😂, so it wasn't much of a surprise anymore hahaha. But anyway, besides the cake, we bought her perfume and a small bouquet of flowers, and we decorated the classroom while she was in another room with the children; here we were, hard at work.
Todos los niños estaban contentísimos de que iban a comer torta, obvio jajaja, y al entrar la maestra le gritamos "¡SORPRESA!" 🥳 y obvio ella feliz; aunque ya sabía de la sorpresa, igual fue muy grato para ella 🥰.
All the kids were thrilled because they were going to eat cake, obviously lol, and when the teacher walked in, we all shouted "SURPRISE!" 🥳 and she was obviously happy; even though she already knew about it, it was still very pleasant for her 🥰.
Las flores estaban bellas y la torta igual, además DELICIOSA 🥰.
The flowers were beautiful and so was the cake, plus it was DELICIOUS 🥰.
Y la maestra feliz con sus pollitos y los detalles que entre todas le dimos 🥰. Al final ella es la encargada de llevar de la mano a nuestros niños en el camino del aprendizaje y para nosotras es un placer haberle preparado dicha sorpresa ❤️.
And the teacher was happy with her "little chicks" and the gifts we all gave her 🥰. In the end, she is the one in charge of guiding our children along the path of learning, and for us, it is a pleasure to have prepared this surprise for her ❤️.
